Mark has arranged a number of mortgages for me over the last 10 years, some of them over challenging properties or circumstances. He understands the market very thoroughly and this saves a lot of wasted time approaching the wrong lenders - they all have widely different lending criteria and you need an advisor who knows which are worth approaching for your type of property and personal circumstances. For example, recently Mark obtained a specific holiday let mortgage, which is quite specialist. He has also arranged mortgages over more unusual types of property.

Mark from VA mortgages has been fantastic throughout our mortgage application. He was extremely fast to act and respond to all communications, even out of office hours. He was able to get us a Decision in Principle very quickly over a weekend which enabled us to have our offer accepted against competing offers, which we wouldn't have otherwise been able to do. 100% would use his services again and recommend to others.
