Great quality great customer service always taking care of their customers!!!

Best company of any type I have ever worked with. Always fix and solve issues, and they are as kind as ever. They also assisted me in buying silks and magicians rope so I may begin Project Magic at a local homeless facility. They care about their customers and the people they help support. Love Vanishing Inc like no other!

I have been buying from Vanishing Inc for several years. They work harder than any company I know to create the ultimate customer experience. They have an amazing selection of magic items, to be sure. But, the real reason I keep coming back is because of the service. They stand by every order with honesty and transparency. They truly are a one-of-a-kind company!

Simply put I love Vanishing Inc. It's not just a great magic shop... it's a great shop, period. High quality magic tricks and supplies, nicely presented with photos, videos and text presenting the effect. I also like to read the posted questions that other customers have left, as they often address things that I'm curious about as well.

As for the Customer Support service, I've only reached out a couple times (over the past 4 years+ that I've been a customer), and both times I've been treated like a VIP. Thank you for the great experience!

Vanishing Inc has the absolute best customer service. As a working professional I need a very reliable source for equipment and consumables, and Vanishing fills the bill. They almost always go the extra mile to make sure that I get what I need, and if there is ever a problem, they fix it in a very timely manner, usually no questions asked. As far as I'm concerned there is none better!

Great customer service! I ordered a product and it appeared to be deflective. I reached out and not long later, Lucy responded and agreed it appeared defective. Immediately she sent out a replacement product with absolute no hassle! Stellar service, Lucy! Thank you! I'll be back!

I am a long time customer and so I've had the usual array of questions and support issues that comes from engagement with any retail business.

My experience with the VI support team has always been positive. They are immediately responsive. Always helpful and have even replaced products with no cost and no questions asked.

I have done business with Vanishing Inc many times, ordering tangible items as well as digital items, and have not once had an issue. Whenever I have had questions I have received a response from their customer support very quickly, no matter the time. They’re not a M-F 9-5, their customer service has gotten back to me quickly even at odd hours on a weekend. I have asked about a digital item (a video download) that I was interested in but which wasn’t available on their site, and a couple hours later Jim, one of the Magic Support Wizards, had added it to the website for me. That level of responsiveness is unmatched. I recently had a shipping concern that was my fault, and within an hour of emailing them, Kyle had everything care of so that I wouldn’t have any issues despite my own mistake. I wholeheartedly recommend them for all your magic needs.

Customer Service at Vanishing Inc. was BEYOND SUPERB! I’ve never had an issue with a product or technical snafu (download) that the TEAM @ VI wasn’t able to handle professionally, promptly, and stress free.

I ordered a magic book from Vanishing Inc and it arrived damaged, most likely in transit. I reached out to customer support and the Vanishing Inc support wizards responded very promptly. Customer service from VI is always top shelf! I have to ask for their help on occasion & I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. At a time when customer service is generally lacking it’s great to know you can rely on VI! They truly are Wizards!
