Bought Melero Rings (Linking ring set) last year. Unfortunately one of the rings fractured and I thought I'd contact Vanishing to see if it was possible to purchase a replacement set of rings. Even though it's past the returns date (by a long way), they have very kindly organised a new set of rings to be sent out free of charge. Certainly surpassed my expectations. Excellent customer service. Thank you Vanishing Inc.

Vanishing is the best magic shop. Period. The customer service is outstanding. Lightening fast and always pleasant. These guys genuinely care about the customer's experience. The selection of products is vast and quality. They also hold fundraisers for worthy causes. Vanishing inc is a great company to do business with.

Almost 6 months ago I ordered a book which was paid for at the time. Several months have passed and the only response received has been: Maybe next month.
For years I have been a loyal customer of the company but since the UK left the EU it has gone down hill.
Even at the Blackpool Magicians Convention the company appeared with virtually nothing of interest.
If the company intends to loose loyal customers it is doing the right thing behaving like this.

Very responsive and customer friendly already over a very long time. Not only selling magic products but also creating sense of community and support. Thank you everybody who works hard and yet really „care“ful.

Great service. Had an issue with one of my gimmicks. Not only did they respond really quickly,not only did they replace my gimmick they also replaced the whole trick. Absolutely made up.

I attended the Session recently. It was very well organised and with a wealth of famous and informative contributors, was a fun and rewarding weekend. It was marred at the end when I lost my wallet☹️. I got home to find an email from the Vanishing Wizards to say it had been found. It was posted back to me with tracked delivery and no cost for me! That’s what I call customer care.

They're all amazing! That's all I have to say!

I had a question about a purchase and wrote them a support ticket on New Year’s Eve and I received a reply and a fix to my problem at 3:15am on New Year’s Day!
What other company does that? No one!!! Lucy, Tu and the whole support team (and VI!) ROCKS!!!

What amazes me, more then the beautiful website, and the wide variety of products is the customer service!

The wizards (customer service), especially Kyle, were terific. Kyle was a fantastic help and was super fast, honest and helpful.

Always consider making a purchase from these guys!
