He was able to answer any questions I had, his communication was great and he was even able to get me a competitive price when trading in my very old car. When a car I looked at got sold before I could come back, they were able to source a similar car from another store for me to help with the process and work around my work schedule (with shifts planning day activities is difficult and this was much appreciated).
Gave me a competitive price for trade in deal.
