Easy to talk to a real person who can help you
For the most important thing with companies is the ability to talk to someone, and vanquish has just that, a telephone number where someone answers and you can have conversation to achieve things there and then. Not press this number and get an AI robot that keeps saying press this number and that number and in the end it doesn’t know how to respond to your queery

Ive found vanquis to be a very fair and reasonable banking company. Occasionally i pay the minimum payment and it seems to trigger emails and text warning of high interest etc and constantly suggesting i pay more.
On those particular months clearly im not in a position to pay more. On other occasions when i pay double or triple the amount required there is no mention of it. May i suggest perhaps an email or text just with a comment to the effect that “we note that you have paid XXXX extra on your account this month etc… and then finish with a positive comment.

I've been with Vanquis for quite a while now, it's a great credit card to keep in your wallet and use when ever you need too. Use the credit card sensibly and you'll always have a great friend to rely on!
