I have been a long-term member of the community, and I love how structured and organized it is. Unfortunately my account became inactive and I couldn't log in anymore. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but no response has been given. I felt really bad and gave up

The surveys are very informative and i like the way they are structured and relevant to the subject.
They also give an insight on what is happening within the industry and seem to be very up to date.

Regular business-oriented surveys that make me feel like they value my opinion & that I'm contributing to something greater. Being able to cash in points for various vouchers (like Amazon) gives me the push I need to fill in the surveys as soon as they arrive.

only just joined the community and i am very impressed.surveys are precise and to the point,no unneccessary questions that are unrelated to the survey.i look forward to doing more.

I have had postive experiences with them in the past. Their customer service doesn't respond to my emails when i'm having a problem.

I would say this is one of the best community for those working in IT. Their surveys are short and provide decent incentives. Their recent discussions and polls are quite useful as it provides insights into the ever changing world of IT.

Well structured surveys that have a quick set of 'demographic' questions at the start in order to get good quality and relevant input. They also help preventing you or anyone else wasting time filling out questions that wouldn't be relevant. Survey data has to come from somewhere so you get an appropriate token of appreciation for taking part, although a bit like jury service, someone has to do it for the industry to gather feedabck.

I used to be able to gain entry to surveys. However now every time I get an invalid URL or jsut a "Thanks" message whenever I try to complete a survey. No longer good, and a waste of time these days.....
