My normal vapes are fine it’s the extra ones I bought to try, no wonder they’re cheap as they’re disgusting and taste burnt . I’ll not be getting them ones again 😢

Hi
Thank you for your message and for your feedback regarding the price
At the moment our prices are already set as competitively as possible so we’re unable to offer an additional discount on this occasion. However we regularly run promotions and special offers so it’s always worth keeping an eye out for those
We appreciate your support and hope to continue serving you in the future
Regards.
BEWARE!
BEWARE!! Just received a Docusign from this company and I’ve NEVER bought from them. I most probably signed up for one of their discounts for a first time customer but never actually shopped with them. I’ve never had this with any other organisation and will now be unsubscribing from any future mailings.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for raising this.
We would like to clarify that the email some customers received was a spam email sent via a third-party email platform that we use for marketing communications. The email was not authorised or created by our company.
After immediate investigation with the third-party provider, they have confirmed that there has been no data breach and no customer data has been compromised. Our customer database remains secure.
It appears the spam email was distributed more broadly across the platform’s database, which unfortunately meant some of our customers received it.
We advise all customers to ignore and delete the email. Please do not click on any links within it.
Our business continues to operate as normal, and we are working closely with the third-party provider to ensure additional safeguards are in place.
We sincerely apologise for any confusion or concern this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

It is with the utmost enthusiasm and a fully charged battery that I submit this commendation of your exemplary service.
Never before have I encountered such efficiency, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness in the noble pursuit of flavored clouds. My inquiries were answered with the speed of a well-primed device, and my order arrived so promptly I briefly suspected teleportation.
Should there exist an award for Outstanding Achievement in Vape Excellence, I trust your trophy cabinet is already overcrowded.
I remain a loyal and highly impressed customer. Kindly accept my five-star review as a token of my appreciation.

Beware this scam company
Beware this scam company, they have compromised personal data and are sending emails out which look like they are a DocusignDocument. Be careful of clicking any links as they will look to hack your data even further if you attempt to open this on a desktop machine. I have evidence.
