My normal vapes are fine it’s the extra ones I bought to try, no wonder they’re cheap as they’re disgusting and taste burnt . I’ll not be getting them ones again 😢

Missing vapes …
Ordered vapes on the 9th of February 2025 and still haven’t received them. Have been in touch with the company and Royal Mail said they have been delivered but where tracking is on Royal Mail is no where near where I live. Wasted £48 won’t be using again.

No order and no customer service
I ordered 6 vapes and paid extra for 24 hour postage, after 3 days nothing arrived. When I phoned I was told royal mail had lost my package. No sorry just told they will send some more out. Today half my order arrived with a note saying sorry for the inconvenience but the rest of my order will be sent out at the end of next week. Go to your local shop and avoid this company

Paid for 1-2 day shipping on Dec 25th
Paid for 1-2 day shipping on Dec 25th. It is now January 4th and my package is being held by Royal Mail because not enough postage was paid. I understand the holiday season but that’s still 8 working days and then to screw up the postage on top of it is a joke.

This is a good company and best price
As much as I wasn't happy with how long it took for the vapes to come I was happy with the customer service. After leaving my review the company phoned me and refunded me the charge from royal mail and apologized.
They are a good company but it was a shame this happened to me as I purchased so many times from them.
I'm sure this doesn't always happen.
*Another update*
So the parcel was from vape big. That's why the parcel took so long to come. I've paid the charge as just was finally happy to get them.
I have cancelled the charge back on my bank as they have now been received. But I will no longer purchase from them

The company called me the following day after leaving my review and had said that the item must have been lost in transit so they would send me out another lot which would arrive on Friday 27th December......still nothing...... I had a card through the door today Monday 30th December with no details of sender but it states that I have an item that the sender has not paid the full postage for which I have had to pay a fee of £4.80. I don't know whether this is the vapes and won't know until Thursday, but if it is they haven't paid the postage cost so I've had too.
I have now escalated this with my bank provider

This is a good company and best price, however they are very slow with posting especially if you are placing a larger order. I placed an order on the 10th December. We are now the 23rd of December and still not received....I checked the tracking and they only sent it on the 16th! 6 days after I had made the order.
If your looking for a faster service and shipping I would go elsewhere. But if your not then they are pretty good
I have ordered from them for the past year but I'm going to start ordering from my old place as they take so long. I have had a couple of errors with my items too in the past which they did rectify so not the same as other experiences.
I will update if any issues arise when my order does eventually arrive. Hoping there won't be.
A few vapes I have had have been faulty but never contacted them regarding this as I've always purchased in bulk so the time would have passed.

We have a business account with royal mail so them asking you for extra postage could mean its a different package or the parcel weighed heavier than anticipated so they have put on an additional charge. If the latter is the case, please do get in touch and we will refund you for any extra amount you paid. Please note that all parcels are dispatched same day if the order has been placed before 4pm. The delay is down the courier and due to it being the festive season, a lot of pour parcels have been delayed which we can only apologise for. Please do email in to support@vapebig.co.uk and one of our agents will do the refund if the parcel is from our company, however this is a very rare occurrence and we will query the courier on this. We would like to apologise again for the inconvenience and we will work as fast as we can to get your issue sorted.

I emailed regarding a problem ie, not being able to get a draw & no flavour at all. I recieved a reply asking for photos/videos of the fault? Explained there is no visible fault to send. Asked for a refund so that I can re order but my emails were ignored.
