Ordered two R&M 7000 vapes just for…

Ordered two R&M 7000 vapes just for them both to be fake! No reply from them either! If it wasn’t for my partner who worked in a vape store, I wouldn’t have known. Fake disposables can be detrimental to health. We will be taking this legally.

First and Foremost we do not sell any FAKE disposables. Secondly all vapes have authenticity checks on them and are 100% genuine. We have sold these in the thousands with zero complaints from all our customers.

Ignoring my emails.

My order was delayed, despite paying £3.99 for first class delivery. I sent an email asking for that £3.99 to be refunded, but no response.
Now they’re acting blind to my email :/

We have not received any email from you in regards to any order placed. We have also checked and do not have order information in your name. Finally if delivery is paid by any customer then the service paid for will be used, for example if you paid for 1st class delivery then you will receive the upgraded 24 hour tracked delivery which is paid directly to courier service.

Bad customer experience wil not buy from again

Placed many orders from these before and not a problem , suddenly there is a problem with my delivery address , take ages to contact you back told at first would have wait until it was sent back to them I then asked for either a refund or replacement they refunded but took the price of the delivery off the refund when it was free delivery I will not be using again and will make sure other people know as well had I got the full refund as I should of I would not have had to write this review as mistakes do happen really bad customer service

Unfortunately this individual feels unhappy for the delivery cost to be deducted. However as delivery was sent back by Royal Mail tracked 24 hour service, we see the delivery was attempted and there was no answer. We are not liable for any mistakes with delivery details or failing to receive order by courier.

Ordered 2 packets coils sent wrong…

Ordered 2 packets coils sent wrong product don’t answer messages and the products sent are cheaper than charged.

Send 3 messages not one acknowledged. Dispute with bank now. Another of my list
