Missing, counterfeit products and faulty products.
When I received my order I spotted 2 item is missing, replyed on the confirmation email with no reply so far. After that a Elf Bar Lux 1500 puff ran out in less than half day (should last 1.5 week), checked the packaging, no expiry date anywhere: means it's counterfeit. Other ones too. Tasted a 600 Frunk bar and tasted like hangover vomit. Contacted customer service for requesting full refund. Will update later.

Update: Customer service is refusing to refund the amount and refusing to admit their fault despite I sent back unopened products too. Despite they stated they refunded only the undelivered products, in a week it's also haven't happened. Try to avoid this company. Will update later.

I was sold 2 packs of counterfeit AWT 18650 3500 3.7v batteries. Argued with me that they were genuine even though the official AWT site said they weren't. All the batteries they sent me had identical serial numbers. The website on the box didn't work either. Had to search for AWTs official website to check them. Ended up having to threaten them with trading standards and police after looking up my rights on the citizen advice website. They said at the start they would refund me, then changed their mind and would only refund me after returning the evidence of the crime. So they wanted me to send potentially explosive/fire hazards through the post, endangering myself and unsuspecting package handlers. I called the banks fraud team and was told in no uncertain terms to get the items out of my house and in to the wheelie bin, not to send them through the post at all, and the fraud team were scheduled to call me at 8am tomorrow morning if I wasn't issued a refund. After hours wasted researching my rights, contacting my bank I informed Vaping Wizard what the bank recommended I do, they finally refunded my money. The batteries are in the bin which is where they will stay due to safety reasons. So glad I checked as I was taking them on holiday with me, on to a plane... I'm sure the airline would have loved to hear the excuses I was given. Will not be using this company again. I shouldn't have to argue to get my money back for obvious fake items. I'm also posting this on Trust Pilot after my experience, I'm sure they won't mind as they tell me they have plenty of satisfied customers, so one bad review won't make a difference will it. I just want people to be aware, you should all check the authenticity of your goods before using them as these sites do not. I for one, am glad I did. My vape batteries had just ran out and I was about to charge these and use them. Dodged a bullet by checking them. AND DO NOT KEEP A FAKE AND SEND IT BACK TO THE SHOP. YOU ARE ENDANGERING YOURSELF AND OTHERS BY DOING THIS. I just glad they finally issued my refund... although I haven’t received it yet. We will see. I can't, in good conscience, ever use this company again.

Edit - Abusive staff! Sent me abusive messgaes, getting personal and nasty. I recommend everybody avoids this online store. They think you should like being sent counterfeit and potentially dangerous items. Reported them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud with the police.

Item ordered (new tank) had broken security seals, wasn't the same model as ordered, had parts missing , but to cap it all they ignore emails

Sent the wrong item, and didn’t reply when I asked to return for a refund

Very disappointed.

Ordered "lush ice" vaping product from their website and received a "watermelon" vaping product. Called them to get a replacement sorted out but the customer service(?) guy said "watermelon is obviously lush ice flavour" and that it was my fault for not Googling beforehand.

What is obvious is that if you are going to sell a product that has "watermelon" flavour written on it, you should clearly state that on the product item so people are fully aware when they order.

Won't be ordering from these guys again after the lack of accountability and disrespect shown during my call with them.
