I purchassed an cigarette from this company which was faulty, it charged once then stopped working after a few puffs and wouldn't recharge. I contacted vapaholic and asked for a return and refund. They instructed how to return but said they needed to send it off for testing before I could have a refund. So I am left without my goods and they still have my money. I complained that I purchased from them and their contract with their supplier is nothing to do with me. I returned the goods and several days later I have not had a refund or heard from vapaholic. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

How petty are this company. What they haven't mentioned in their response is that I purchased a pack of 3 pods to go with the e cigarette, of which I opened to use with it. They have emailed to say that they will not reimburse me for the pods because they were opened. Well that's why I bought them, to use with the cigarette. Must be the worst online shopping experience I have had.

Whilst I appreciate your reply I want to make two things clear.
I did not verbally abuse anyone and terminated the call myself.
The payment should not have been taken and whilst I appreciate the refund it is very late.
I registered an account and made my first order with them, yesterday. They took £30.98 on my credit card but the order was not confirmed on the website. I tried 3 different ways to contact them.
Eventually, this morning I got an email asking me for more information. I sent them a detailed explanation and the receipt. I heard nothing.
I had to chase them up just now and the first person I spoke to knew nothing about it and could not find the order. I gave her the information. Nothing.
I asked to speak with someone senior. A man came on the phone. He knew nothing and threatened to terminate the call. I then explained all over again. He could tell me nothing. He then said if I didn't stop raising my voice he would terminate the call. I terminated it instead.
I have no idea whether I was speaking with anyone senior in the company or a call centre. The man would not tell me what his position was.
They took my money. I didn't receive my order. "Customer Service." clueless, ineffective and rude. I will now have to raise a dispute using my credit card.
All I wanted was to place my first order and pay.
Awful and upsetting to be treated by them in this way.

So this was my first time trying CBD and my first order with this company I'm very happy with my CBD products pain in my hip and knee has subsided. Ordered Friday morning 24 hour post Saturday morning it was here. Definitely gonna order again oh yes the pineapple express terpenes is great 👍.
Ordered last weekend using their welcome 10% code and a 4 for £10 - neither discounts were applied when I checked out. Reported to customer services - they cancelled the order. Charged £37 but only refunded £23.
Totally fraudulent business. Stay away.

Went to check my order tracking to find it hadn’t been sent yet, so I asked the online service, they had emailed me but it went to junk ooops, however she was just fixing my issue when we lost contact, low & behold she actually called me instead, I’ve never had such awesome customer service, honestly they are second to none, I’m sure those that did leave lower feedback had contacted them they would have sorted it straight away like they did me, 100% recommending vapoholic, thanks guys
I came to write a review and was shocked at how many 1 star reviews there are.
Originally, my sister ordered 2 packs of the prefilled aztech pods not knowing they didn't come with the actual vape. I emailed about her misunderstanding and asked for help on which vape was needed to use the pods. I also recommended they add this to the description on the website to make it easier for 1st time buyers and neurodivergent people to understand.
The customer service team emailed me back promptly with a link to the vape she needed. She also visited the warehouse, and although customers aren't allowed inside, she phoned and a member of staff came out to swap one of the pod packs for the vape she needed, and she bought me a vape too.
I've been using the raspberry kush cbd vape for about 2 weeks and im running low, so I came online to order more prefilled pods, and I can see the description has been updated on the page like I'd suggested.
I'm really happy with the products I've tried so far, and I'm really happy with the service both myself and my sister have received.
The only problem I have is delivery costs for under £30 (it's free over £30), but that's only because the pods I buy are £25.99, and there's nothing I can buy for £4.01 to make it up to £30! But there are a few options for delivery with a range of prices. I chose the cheapest at £2.95.
There does seem to be a points system, which I don't really understand at the moment, but I'm assuming if you earn enough points with continous orders you can exchange them for money off or something.
Oh, and there is a 10% off code they email you for signing up, but it didn't work on my order. When I read the T&Cs it said the code doesn't work on disposable vapes, so I'm assuming that applies to the pods as well which is why it didn't work on my order. That was a little frustrating.
Overall, very happy with the products and service. I hope the good work continues.
I ordered last Friday and it was supposed to come on Sunday as I paid extra. I still haven’t received my order. Very disappointing

Absolute clowns
Placed my first order and it was delivered to a random office building by Royal Mail. Tried contacting Royal Mail about where it was left and they said to contact the seller.
I contacted Vapoholics about the order and they sent me a short response with a gps location.
I responded telling them none of these buildings can be accessed without a keyfob and never received a follow up reply or my order.
I guess they expect me to break in to random buildings hoping to find my order?
I know the wrong delivery isn't there fault, but the way they handle things is a bit of a joke.
Will likely need to escalate this with my bank if nothing is done. Can't see myself giving this company another chance. 30ish quid thrown away because they cant handle basic customer service.

Have been using Vapoholic for a while now with no issues. Always high quality products and customer services get back to me quickly with any questions I have. My most recent order was lost in the post, which of course was not their fault, but they kept me up to date with the whole process as they contacted royal mail for me.

Rude staff horrible customer service. Asked to provide video proof of my disposable vape being faulty and told that in order to get an exchange or refund you have to ship the product back so they can ‘inspect it’. They way they spoke to me felt rather patronising and rude, bear in mind my vape literally wouldn’t work out straight out the box, light on but no vapour. I actually never write reviews but I’ve never had such bad customer service when a product is faulty… since when does an investigation need to be carried out before you can send a working product. People don’t generally take the time to email if they have received a product they are happy with/ that actually works.
