Missing items

Have ordered multiple times with no issue unfortunately not this time, paid for next day delivery which didn't happen, when parcel arrived it had been opened and resealed and items missing. Appreciate the fact that things happen in transport but contacted customer serives twice no resolution..no refund offered or for items to be be replaced..not good customer service
After contacting customer services for a 3rd time this was resolved but to me if my lost items had been sent out as soon as I reported the issue with photo evidence I wouldn't have had an issue...Will definitely make me think twice about ordering from you again!!

I can see that we were chasing this up with DPD for you last Friday, unfortunately, our customer service is closed over the weekend to give you an update.

However, I can see that we have sent out replacements for your order as DPD is investigating this.

Looking over the communications, we cannot see you contacting us three times regarding this issue, so we apologise for any missed communications. The issue was raised on Thursday afternoon, DPD opened an investigation and confirmed to us that they had lost the products on Friday, and we sent out the replacements first thing on Monday morning. We apologise for the delay in getting the replacements sent out to you as we need to wait for DPD to confirm fault so we can claim.

We hope that the next order will be more seamless, and we apologise again for this experience!

Where is my order??

Where is my order??? On monday, i ordered an orange county cbd vape. The shipping i used was royal mail tracked 24 and it has been stuck in heathrow international lc for 3 days. This is utterly disappointing.

Mystery Box Review

Ordered a mystery box. Here's my thoughts on what I got.

Woodberry Mojito - Smells like perfume. Tastes like perfume.
Fatasi Ice Apple - Tastes artificial and the ice in it is way to overpowering. Gave me a bad cough.
Ferrocious Dragon Fruit Slush - No idea what this is. Bitter, harsh and burnt a coil out in 3 days. Again. made me cough.
Juicy Blast Amped Apple and Blackberry - Tastes of absolutely nothing. No flavor apart from sweetener. Burnt out another coil in record time.

All in all pretty bad. Can't even give them away to friends as they dislike them as well. As an added bonus, the dragonfruit one and the apple one have left an awful lingering taste in my two tanks that I cannot get rid off. I've had to buy to new tanks. Usually I make my own juice and can tell that corners have been cut with the above liquids. Won't be ordering again.

On the plus side they arrived next day.

Edit: As to your response. I was talking about the ingredients not the process. The juice isn't good at all and that's me trying 4 different ones. I think we can safely say its not isolated to just one juice. Its all gone in the bin and I just won't order again.

Worst company ever


Worst company ever! Their customer service is a complete joke. It was supposed to be next day delivery, but my order took 5 days to arrive. They didn't even bother to send a confirmation email when I placed the order, so I had to call them. All I got was a tracking number. When the package finally arrived, one of the disposable vapes was broken.
I called to get a refund or a replacement, but the guy on the phone told me I was missing another item. Without a confirmation email, I couldn't be sure. Turned out the guy was new and had no clue. After that, I got an email saying I had to send the item back for review before they'd even consider a refund. They expected me to pay for the return shipping! When I asked again, they just kept sending the same email about their policy.
Finally, I told them I'd never buy from them again, and only then did they send a link for returns. I didn't bother sending the item back, as I will never buy from them again. They were extremely rude and their customer service is beyond awful. They need serious improvement.

The reason why your order had taken 5 days to arrive was due to standard shipping being chosen and was ordered on Sunday after our cut-off. Then due to the New Year's Eve and Day, it was delayed with the courier due to the festive season. Your order was delivered on the 3rd working day of being ordered.

I can see on our email communications that we did try to resolve this for you in a polite manner, so we're sorry if the messaging came across as rude. This was not our intention and not how we want our customers to feel.

Faulty products, support issues

Received four vapes, used one, which was clearly faulty. Returned all four and confirmed refund via phone after having to call to get any acknowledgment of the issue.

No refund received since then, and can't get an email response!

Fantastic service.

Experienced an issue whilst trying to order online and gave them a call. Syed was awesome and tried to help, his colleagues then helped via email.
I’ve been using Vapholic for a long time now and the only issues I’ve experienced have been with EVRI so no fault of the company.

Paid extra for next day delivery which was then a day late, I emailed vapoholic but they didn’t reply. Followed up the next day with another email which also went ignored so unfortunately their customer service seems to be non existent.

I brought a 3500 puff CBD orange county…

I brought a 3500 puff CBD orange county vape from this site. Delivery was less than a week through royal mail, not sure if I got a dodgy vape or what paid 18.99 and less than a week later it's not working properly with only light use, tastes burnt. But had no issues from my other orange county 700 puff from somewhere else. So can't rate the vape really but otherwise no issues.

Sorted my anxiety

So happy I found this vape! It’s really helped my anxiety and panic attacks. It’s strong so little is needed. I’m able to get to sleep also as it helps calm a racing mind and my insomnia has improved.
