Awesome business. Had a slight issue with the details on my order, and an email was enough to get a quick fix and reply. Great customer service.

Time from purchase to delivery was very reasonable and since the product is working well, I have had no need to contact the company for any further service.
The Air II has performed well and is an upgrade from the usual pipe and flames. Much less harsh!

Fast shipping, good selection, amazing prices and deals.

My Mighty vaporizer did not come with written instructions. I left telephone messages. When I finally reached someone the response I got was to the effect that my wanting written instructions was unusual. Owners manuals warn users. The Mighty is electric. I got no warning not to do stupid things such as using the vape while taking a bath. I got no listing of what comes with the product.
I wrote the headquarters in Germany. No answer. So, I've spent a couple of hundred dollars and still don't have a vape that I understand.

I would like a paper copy of the Mighty vape owners manual. I would like the accessory that is missing.

I can't recommend this product as the manufacturer does not support its products. I'm going on two weeks of not gettig an adequate response from the manufacturer, Storz and Bickel. I've been sold a product that does not have instructions included and the vendor, vapor.com, has not followed up.

The best product in the world is no good if the seller doesn't support what is being sold. Why hasn't someone contacted me directly instead of empty messages?

Order placed then silence for over a week. I contacted them 5 times in a two week period to try to get a status to no avail. They make you download a ridiculous app to track your shipment then they never provide the info to the app. The result is you never have any idea when something ships or when it will arrive, hope you didn't have plans I guess. Just give people a tracking number. It was so bad I was in contact with the BBB because I thought it was a scam. Purchase elsewhere.

Product was great, service was great, but the dozens of emails in the following weeks begging for me for a review proved to be a bit too much for me. Here is your review, vapor.com.

Though I received my PAX 3 basic kit missing everything but the actual vape, I presume this error happened on the manufacturing end and vapor.com was not to blame. Gabby was incredibly helpful in rectifying the situation, analyzing various ways for me to most quickly receive the missing parts. By the end of our discussions she had created a fair as well as generous remedy to the situation. I appreciate this high level of customer service hugely. Well done, Gabby!

I never ordered from this company and when I notified them that this was a Fraudulent order and not to ship, they said they were shipping and I can send it back, which I did. Also, turned into local Police as fraudulent

Treated myself for 4/20. Got good prices and quick shipping, with an easy web experience. Under the same circumstances, I'd do it again.

I ordered the Dr. Dabber Switch a week ago. I'm extremely happy with my new vaporizer. I highly recommend it to anyone that can afford to spend $400 (or 4 payments of $80 with sezzle) The switch allows users the option to vape concentrate or flower just by switching out the induction cups. Each has 5 temp settings. With concentrate you can preload your dab or do it like you would with a regular rig. Seriously, research this product. There are too many cool features to list here.

love the replacement heads but hate that the screens fall out so easily which I why I need to keep replacing the head. Please sell just the screens…in packs of 50.😆

Wicked fast shipping and for free the product it’s Storz and Bickel so yeah …….
