Great Company, Great Prices
I have made multiple orders from Vapor Authority and have not had any issues at all. Super fast shipping (i live across the country from them) and get my order in 2 days. Have always been able to get ahold of them via email with no problems. 10/10 will order from them again.

They didn't respond to my calls, voicemails or emails
I would never order from them again and would suggest you use another service to order vape products. Very antiquated customer service!

We're so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience shopping with Vapor Authority.
In researching your order, we found an extensive email thread, which details the unfortunate problem with your order. We had responded to your emails within an hour of receiving it each time. In addition, we called you five separate times, and left voicemails each time as well. Unfortunately, our calls were never returned.
The initial email was sent to you on December 4, 2019, which included proof of delivery by USPS on November 29, 2019. In a follow-up email, you asked that we send you an entirely new package, irrespective of the fact that your order was marked as delivered.
In an email, we stated that we do want to do whatever we can to ensure your satisfaction and simply requested that you help us by answering a few standard questions asked by USPS. We sent two emails following this, both of which were also unanswered.
We strive to offer the very best customer service possible, and very much regret that you are not satisfied. We're always here for you via email, chat, and phone. Please call us if there is anything further we can do to help resolve this for you.
I absolutely love Vapor authority
I absolutely love Vapor authority. They're E-liquid selection is awesome, their prices are really good, the processing and shipping time is one of the if not the quickest out of all online vape store's I've ordered from. Everytime I've ordered from them my order has been shipped the same day I placed it which is almost unheard of. Not to mention their shipping rates are really cheap too. They're very consistent and their costumer service is one of the thing's I like most about them. They're quick to respond and help in anyway they can. They go above and beyond for the costumers. You won't be disappointed, I promise. The only downside I can say is that I wish I had found them sooner.
