I have made a few purchases from Vapor Authority.
My experiences so far have been smooth.
I will continue to shop and buy here when their price is not too high.

I wish they had better selection.

I have ordered from Vapor Authority six times. Orders are always correct. And shipping time is excellent. They also always include a note in a small black envelope. I will continue to use them.

I learned of Vapor Authority while searching online, but am always skeptical when I am dealing with a company for the first time. I placed an order for a vape pen, and it was filled promptly and is exactly like the ones I buy locally. The price was better and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Then I ordered a tiny bottle of menthol e-juice , just to try it, and it was just like the one I've been using for 4 years, but a much better cost. I immediately ordered 2 large bottles. I like to shop locally, but they are not friendly, they keep limited hours, and they always told me, that the menthol e-juice was just not available elsewhere. WRONG ! I like dealing with VA....Thank you for making this so easy, simple, and enjoyable. Karen in Missouri

You guys are always quick to ship and your products are always of the highest quality. I have ordered coils and juice from other companies and often receive damaged boxes or bottles of juice leaking and covered in an oily film. Never once has this happened with your company. Absolutely wonderful customer service, I emailed them and they were very quick to respond and took care of all my needs. They have great products good prices and almost never out of stock.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent Customer Service! I placed orders at other websites before I found Vapor Authority in 2017, and I have come back again and again after my first purchase. Friendly service, quick order fulfillment, and great prices. What spurred this review: after placing an order, the next morning i received an email from an actual person letting me know a particular color was out of stock, which was terrific. i responded within an hour, and received an immediate reply that my entire shipment still went out that same day, amazing!

Also, last month i was scouring the web for an accessory for a discontinued item, I sent a hail mary inquiry to their customer service email address, knowing that no one had this accessory anywhere. Not only did a real person respond within a few hours, but the team at Vapor Authority tracked down and found it in the building, and offered it to me free of charge. Amazing, thanks VA !!!!

Found this site while looking for something particular that other vape sites didn’t have. Must say, I have used many other vape sites and the quickness of their shipping and friendliness of their customer service will have me coming back. I would have given them a 5 but they don’t carry my liquid.

I been buying from Vapor Authority for over 2 years now. These guys know the meaning of customer service. I could easily buy from local vape shops near me but when it comes to price and selection they are hands down the best. Customer service is awesome if you call or email them their response is quick. There are other online vape companies but if you run into any problems good luck getting it resolved or reaching anyone. Quick response, great price, fast shipping, and excellent customer service what more can you ask for.

My son had me try vaping a little over a year ago and actually liked it. I had a SMOK alien and it was giving me headaches. After a little homework I had decided upon the Vaporesso Gen. Vapor Authority was more than helpful and eager to assist me in my upgrade to a much more Superior mod.
