I received the frame of window 2 months…
I received the frame of window 2 months after putting in order and it took another 2 months receive the glass for it, very disappointed with service, I thought I should receive some sort of refund for all the hassle it caused me and then to receive a bill for the carriage of the glass second time around .

Vario were excellent to deal with, from the first contact right up to placing order. They always responded to any query and gave good advice. Size of roof light changed a few times for initial consult to placing order, but it never an issue.

Great service
The staff were friendly and helpful and either called me or emailed to kept me up to date with the progress of the window. They responded promptly to any queries I had. I can't comment on the window itself as due to delays with starting the build I have yet to receive it. I would definitely recommend Vario.
