Really friendly customer service and technical staff

We are very pleased with our Vario Rooflight. Velux provided all the advice we needed and delivered on time - perfect.

Great product, can't wait to see it in full use. Easy to install

Phone staff during ordering were excellent but problems arose around delivery. Initial email promised a precise delivery date. But later, just a week before that date and after I had just paid in full, it was disclosed this was date only referred to a delivery to the UK from foreign factory. Delivery to my house would be at discretion of a 3rd party delivery company. Velux took no responsibility for this slight-of-hand. This led to me losing a lot of money on last minute roofer rearrangement as the windows arrived a week late. Not acceptable to give a false date, or to take no responsibility for consequences. Do not pay them in full until they give you a cast iron date!

All aspect of the order and product from Vario were fantastic however you were heavily let down by the courier. Unable to contact them for three weeks in a row to re arrange delivery and turned up an hour early and blocked the road outside a school whilst waiting for our operatives to get there

Great product and great customer care. Really enjoying all the benefits of our two roof lights with all theif wind and rain sensitivity, in our bonkers English weather.

We had the bespoke 4 sqm Rectangular Rooflight installed in our newly built rear extension just recently. We couldn’t be happier by the installation service professionalism and by how bright the extension looks now. The rooflight is so large and offers seamless view to the sky, bringing in so much light and preventing that boxy extension feeling my husband and I were so afraid of. Not to mention, that we’re enjoying a Velux quality product, which definitely relieves us from all worries. We are indeed happy to have made this choice.
