Made an order that was on their site that was very hard to find and they ended up telling me that they did not have it in stock and had to cancel my order. They were at least quick with that response and did return my money so that's why they got the 2nd star.

I had never heard of Vaulted Collectibles, but since they seemed to be the only folks on the internet with The Little Mermaid Funko Pop 4-Pack, there wasn't much of a choice in where I got it. That said, a solid price, prompt shipping, and a pristine product on arrival made this one of my best online shopping experiences in recent memory. Glad I gave Vaulted a chance, and I'll most certainly be back!

I am from Serbia, I ordered two Funko Pop figures, the package was delivered two weeks after the order, everything is in perfect condition, no additional customs expenses which is great.

11 days after ordering a in-stock item they still haven't shipped or answer inquiries. Not worth the hassle tracking them down for goods you already paid for.

Haven’t got any word on my recent update about the item I purchased. It’s been a week and I never purchased from this company and I’m already getting bad vibes.

I don‘t know if my order is ever going to arrive or not, I can‘t look into my order because I don‘t have an account, but it‘s already paid. A bit sketchy.
