Order stuck in Customs

I am from Canada and ordered some products for the 4th time from Vawoo. Canada Customs did not clear the last shipment of some MT32 Coils. Vawoo refunded me my money within 36 hours of me inquiring about said order. A great company with top notch customer service. Thx Vawoo Team.

Overall opinion of Vawoo

The products and customer service are excellent, they respond very quickly and there's a wide variety of products. The downside is the shipping time. If you're not in a hurry for your order and you're patient, I recommend it. Shipping within Europe usually takes at least a month, but overall the store is good. And if you order from here, I recommend not checking the order status daily, because it's usually updated every few weeks😅 And lastly, if you have any questions about the status of your order, please don't ask in the reviews, but rather by email. Asking in the reviews and leaving a one-star rating gives the store a bad image. And to the store owners, I recommend you warn people that orders take quite a while

Waste of time

I have ordered (order number: 3225426) product on 2025-12-11, right now it is 2026-01-06, the item is still not delivered. They managed to send me a shipping number after 11 more days (on 22th).

Apparently after paying the money, you don’t even have a normal support or clear information for long time. Don’t waste time.

Waiting without tracking updates

What a shocking service.

What a shocking service.. Obviously they do not stock the items and only reship them. Took a month from my order until they despatched it. Then another 3 weeks to get delivered. Their delivery times are what all their negative reviews are about, yet they do nothing about it. If they are ordering in the product from somewhere else. it still take less that a week for them to get it and despatch it. Most resellers do it in days. All the time you are waiting you are worrying about whether you have been scammed or not. So if you order from them, be prepared for it to take a couple of months for you to get the product

I placed an order on Vawoo on December…

I placed an order on Vawoo on December 2nd. The money was successfully deducted from my card, but I never received a tracking number or any confirmation code for my parcel.
When I contacted customer support to check my order status, I was told that my card details were supposedly not provided and the order was never completed. This is unacceptable and factually incorrect, as the payment went through and the transaction is confirmed by my bank.
Currently, I have neither the product nor an official order confirmation, despite the fact that the money has been taken from my account. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of my funds.

Very slow shipping.

As a website per se it's great, Lots of products, Various products to choose from. Big downside is that the products takes forever to arrive. I'm still waiting and It's been 3 days less than a month since I ordered and paid for my product.
