Maybe the WORST site i've been on, not because of the site itself, but because how buggy and slow it is, ive been trying to complete my order for about 10 hours now and it just says on the checkout tab

Very poor and slow platform for communication and order handling.

Made 1 order 3 products. All products were in stock. Besides not receiving any of my products yet after numerous attempts to get in contact with customer service they still are processing 1 of the orders.

It’s been a month since I placed my…

It’s been a month since I placed my order and the item is still in the country of origin (NL). It took the vendor 2 weeks to ship the item and NL post has had it for almost 2 weeks and it’s not moving. I contact Vawoo customer service and they give me bad information and fake apologies and tell me to wait.

Refund

Received e-liquids in 3 weeks was happy that it came in time (they give 17-25 working days) of course it should come to home but it came to post office (sad because delivery cost ~17€) after i tried them i could’t believe there is no flavour at all , feels like 90% of water so i tried to open second bottle , then third and all of them was the same, changed 3 pods for every time i opened new bottle then i bought e-liquid which i was smoking before and guess what, the taste was back and normal with the same pods, on bottle it writes “premium quality” there is zero quality and it was worst e-liquid i tried, so i went to read refund policies and i have 14 days to return the items , (why would i not if it’s terrible e-liquids ) reached after 5 days for return this is what was their answer:
“We truly believe this is a great product, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that it didn’t meet your expectations.
As the item was delivered as described, we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund in this case. Thank you for your understanding.”

They don’t want to return because couple of e-liquids is open , but how do i check them if not opened? 😆

Worst experience i ever had with e-liquids so better don’t ever try ordering here, better fill the pod with water because it was totally the same 😡
