I ordered a beautiful dress on the 7th of January paying about £45 extra for it to arrive (expedited shipping) in 3-6 days as opposed the to the regular 5-8 days.

I desperately need this dress for the 15th of January and it’s already the 13th, yet Veaul has not responded to any of my tickets and I can’t get in contact with them. My order status only says success - that is it?

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is my last hope in getting your attention Veaul.com. Please confirm the status of my order !

Ordered a pair of Sandals from this company June 14th 2021 . It is October 14 2021. Have not received them nor cannot get refund. Or them to respond .

Do not order from this company if you want the option to return item and get a refund and want a good quality merchandise. I ordered a veil which arrived timely, but it was very heavy like curtain, and the glitter came off all over my floor, definitely not something anyone can use for a wedding. I immediately requested a refund/return online. It has been weeks, and veaul has not responded. I know I have been scammed by a company from China. In the meantime, they are emailing me promotional emails.
Very frustrating experience.

I've never been so happy as the day this dress arrived. I had originally bought a dress from another company which didn't fit, it was coming up to the date of my photoshoot and I was so nervous because the delivery window would not leave me enough time to purchase a new dress if it wasn't right. Then I read the reviews and really started to panic - I'd sunk £118 into this dress, what if it was a scam? But it wasn't. It's the most beautiful and affordable wedding style dress I've ever seen, even more beautiful than the picture. The underskirts are cheaply and roughly made, I suppose that's how they keep costs down - who cares about the underskirts?? And it fits. Do you know how hard it is to buy a dress like this to fit a size 4-6 upper frame with no bust? I can hardly believe how great it looks. We spent half the day doing backward jumps into a ball pit and it didn't start falling apart or anything. I wonder if some reviewers have excessive expectations of such affordable clothing.

I wanted to point out delivery times as well because mine arrived very promptly and on the website they do actually make it quite clear that it's 11 days manufacture + 7-15 days shipping and if you read the FAQs they do also state clearly that this may differ for some destinations. I had a great experience and would purchase from Veaul again.

The dress came unfinished. The beads and jewels on the dress were unfinished and only on the right back of the bodice.I have tried contacting this company but no one has replied. Rubbish company!

I received the gown I ordered from veaul.com. What you see is what you get. I really love the gown I ordered for my daughter’s birthday. The money is worth the product. This is my second time from them. I am going to order another one for me. I am happy with the product…. SCAM IS NOT REAL!

I bought my daughter’s gown for almost $600. I never regretted it.

My dress just arrived!! It looks exactly like it does in the picture, and I feel great in it!
I bought it on the 11 Aug, my formal is on 8 Sep, and it came today!!! I live in NZ, the bottom of the world, and it still came on time!

In all honesty, I bought this dress after seeing all the bad reviews and still paid the money for it - fully expecting it not to come. I thought I had just made a donation to the universe, and that it would never show up.

All in all, thank you to the people at Veaul who have blessed me with this dress :)

Beautiful shoes. But I ordered EU size. I got the Chinese size. Returning the product is impossible since the approval is still pending and you have only 7 days to return them. First and last time I ordered here

I never got my dress. I spent 300 dollors( which is already more then what I would have liked to have spent)on the dress I wanted and I've waited months with no progress. I have tried to get in contact with there costumer service multiple times and have not resived any word from them. I should have done my research before I bought the dress.

my order#000007120 I ordered a dress on 11-5-2021 . It stated 24 hour shipment with expedited shipping (3-5 days). Now 6 weeks later no dress What you buy and what you actually get are totally different..nothing at all like in the picture, cheap material shoddy work. I am unable to make contact with anybody, I tried to send a message by email no reply back at all I went on google and I found their customer service department help which is Nine one nine ₙᵢₙₑ ₜₕᵣₑₑ ₙᵢₙₑ

Do not. I repeat, do not shop with veaul.
Worst shopping experience ever
They have many other bad reviews online and on their social media comments but unfortunately I did not check beforehand.

First of all, on the page of their dresses they make it enticing but stating it will only take 2-3 days to deliver. They hide the fact that it takes 11-14 days to make and process on another page of the website. They fail to mention this on the actual dress pages.

Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL. When I emailed them countless times to ask about the status of the order I received no reply. no replies on social media. Other reviews have stated that their phone number doesn’t work. But suddenly they knew how to communicate when they asked whether I wanted them to ship the finished product. They texted me and when I did not respond they emailed with a screenshot of the text. When i responded with NO and that I want a refund, they ignored it and shipped it anyway.

When the dress finally arrived way after prom, it didnt look anything like the picture at ALL. The dress was horrid. This website is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY DRESSES HERE.

Luckily I was able to claim cashback with my bank.
Also I have requested a couple of times to unsubscribe from their emails but I still get their emails :/ awful company.

Horrible customer service. They never reply. They sent only 2 of three dresses and then forced me to open a Paypal claim to get a response. After wasting tons of my own time going back and forth, they said they would help only if I closed the Paypal case, I refused, so they refused to respond or send my dress. Paypal said they can only restore me if I send the two dresses back to them on my dime to CHINA and once the company confirms receipt, which they likely won't, only then I can get my $387 back in total. What a loss, a waste and a sham.

The customer service is absolutely pathetic; they do not care to even respond to the return requests; they don't respond to emails. There is no number to call; I guess this is their way of ensuring to not get dresses mailed back for refund. Stay away from them.

They said my dress that I already paid for was out of stock and I have been trying to ask for a refund but no one has gotten back to me I will remove this review If I can get the refund but for now this is my review

Different dress received. Poor quality. Some patterns/decorations were glued on. Shoulder strap broke after a few seconds wearing it. Expensive too.

The dress we ordered was so cute, blue with a peach underskirt. The dress we received was horrible. Blue with a bright, tangerine underskirt. I cannot get anyone to respond to any of my emails. This was a horrible experience.

Suit came on fast but trying to return it did not happen. they will not respond to any request, any submissions, any emails. I tried to exchange because it was too small but now I'm stuck with this suit.

I would rate it a zero star if I could, I ordered a dress for my prom in a couple of weeks and it arrived and it looks nothing like the picture it’s absolutely disgusting, and now it’s too late to buy another one so now I can’t go to my prom

They took my money! I paid for expedited shipping and I am unable to contact anyone for customer service!!!! Be aware!!!

I ordered prom dresses for my sister and I in the beginning of April and we haven’t heard from them(it’s been a month since then)they were more than happy to take our money...after that they don’t care. You most likely will not see that dress you ordered, and based on other reviews I’ve seen it’s not worth it. So I’m callin this site a SCAM!! Now I have to go to Salvation Army to get a prom dress last minute, thanks guys you suck :(
