I ordered a dress on 2/18. It stated 24 hour shipment with expedited shipping (3-5 days). Now 6 weeks later no dress, no reply at all from the company, and no money returned. I have contacted my bank for fraud, but I probably won’t see that money again since they are abroad. Buyer beware they have horrible customer service and you may or may not actually get a dress. I would go with a different company. Lots of better options out there.

I cant get ahold of anyone. Firstly I bought 2 dresses on accident instead of one and corrected it the same day I bought it and a live representative helped me and said that I'd be refunded and only get one dress. That never happened. Secondly my item is stuck in transit because the shipping label they printed cutt off my apartment number! Then I call the representative if the shipping company and they told me the tracking number is off by 1 and no one will help me with getting the correct tracking number

Need someone to answer. I have ordered my dress on Feburary 15. They said my order#000007120 would come. I have wanted at least 21 days. They have not send me a tracking number either. I feel like I have been scammed. Someone help please.

I bought my wedding dress from here. I was really skeptical at first as there are a lot of scams out there and I pretty much chanced it, but I did eventually get the dress (thank goodness) and it is lovely and I am very excited about it. I ordered it back when the pandemic was just starting. It took a few months to arrive, not sure if that was because of the pandemic or otherwise, but it did arrive. Recommend purchasing early if you need it before a specific time. Can confirm that they at least delivered me the product I asked for.

I have placed an order from the 9th of February and my order status is still showing Packaging I am unable to make contact contact with anybody, I tried to send a message in the area allotted to send a message and the message just will not go through, this is my first time purchasing from this site and my experience is already awful

You will not get the product that is pictured, you will get a cheap recreation of it. Nicer quality than from websites like Wish, but it's still a scam.

Im really mad at them. ANSWER MY MAILS!!! I have returned two dresses with a lot of trouble because eather you cant contact then or they dont answer so paypal had to help me- then they finaly give me an adress where i sent them back AND I HAD TO PAY OVER 50 EURO for them to be sent and STILL TILL NOW THEY DIDNT RETURN MY MONEY FOR THE DRESSES OR THE RETUNING and i retuned then in the sommer 2019 and its now the end of 2020

Do NOT order from here. I returned the shoes I ordered because of wrong size but never got my money back. I can see from the UPS tracking system that the company has received the return. I have sent several messages but have not received any answer.

The customer service is great!! They respond back very quickly and are a great help with completing your order. The gowns do run very small and short torso so keep that in mind when choosing size. But it’s great quality and they look beautiful in person

I have been trying to contact your company in reference to my order 000005741. When I send an email it says it is an unknown email and cannot be delivered. When I try calling it says the number is incorrect. I haven’t received a confirmation email however, it says status successful on my online account and my account has been charged. The dress is just wahooo, I think it's great to give the measurements under the sizes to avoid doing the custom and I found that the M will go perfectly and that's the case it looks like it is made for me, the dress is just whaoooo, too much too beautiful exactly as in the picture and even better in real life.

The dress my wife ordered did not look anything like the picture. We then tried the "return" process, but any email to sales returns an delivery error. The phone service does not respond either. We have 7 days to proceed with the return which seems impossible. Our order is #8000000065 and we will have to file a credit card dispute.

I order a dress, with specific color/material as requested by them. The dress I got was the wrong color and wrong material. I immediately requested a refund. After 20 days, I got a response of an offer for a 50% refund plus I have to pay $25 for shipping. Their website email is invalid, and the messaging platform on their website has now stopped working when I attempted to respond to their disgraceful offer of a 50% refund. Basically im.out $200 for a dress I'll maybe be able to resell for $40 if I'm lucky.

The ordering experience was great. They communicated and let me know everything, I even got my dress earlier than expected. HOWEVER it’s true to the reviews left. Customer service is extremely difficult with dissatisfied customers. My dress was soo cheap. It looked nothing like the picture. The waist was puckered up and the design was sequined and not glittered like shown on the picture. It’s a cute dress, but NOT worth 100$. I’m trying to return this dress but no one is contacting me and the website is very unclear about how to return :( please respond Veaul.

The dress I ordered is beautiful and looks like the picture. I could have done without the ton of glitter that came off it and out of the shrink wrap it came in. There was a pin left in it which stabbed my daughter when she tried it on. The netting is a bit cheap and stiff but hopefully time hanging in a warm room will loosen the material somewhat. The main problem I have with them is the fact that I was not told outright during the ordering process that there would be an invoice arriving from the courier they used for Import Duty. This is an extra charge on top of the delivery fee I'd already paid and I was not expecting it. Took the cost of delivery up another £34. Their website "Ticket" device does not always work and their email address listed on their site is invalid. Finally got a response from them through their Facebook page which stated that they were not to be held responsible for fees charged by the couriers for Import Taxes. I would have been ok with the extra charge IF it had been made crystal clear during the ordering process that it would be happening. Not a good Customer Service experience.

I will take off the bad review if you guys would just reply to me. I ordered a dress online from your website and in my account it shows success. I never received anything! I tried to contact you guys on your phone but it says “we are not available”. Sent you emails, Facebook msgs. But no reply. It would be nice if you would just reply. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I ordered my dress on January 17, 2020 and I have not heard anything since. I paid 155 dollars for it and money was taken from my account. I have contacted the company on every platform.
