I have several documented incidents where clients have submitted funds for payment and Veem has held onto the funds longer than their own policy states. The generic answer we would receive, "Please accept our apologies...it's due to a third-party issue...".
This answer would only come once you have escalated the matter and exhausted all other options to get someone on the phone. I informed our client that we can no longer use this platform, and they fully supported our team, as they had full visibility of the issues.
NOTE: We pay for the "instant transfer" service, and due to the large deposits we are charged the max $20 for each transaction....and STILL, they are always delayed depositing funds. Coming up with a last minute excuse to place blame elsewhere.

Worst service I've ever seen
Worst service I've ever seen! I registered my business account to get started right away. Started the verification process thinking it would only take a couple days. After 4 days they still haven't verified my account even though I uploaded my documents twice! During the week I communicated with support every day, they replied a message a day and said that everything is fine just wait a couple days. In the end it took TWO WEEKS!!!! I've already found some more favorable and reasonable services in that time. I just asked them to delete my account. Even that took them 3 days!!!! If you just want to lose your time and money this service is ideal for you. P.s. support service doesn't even understand English, or just copy-paste answers

The system took a long time to provide me with a response, even though I had requested verification of my information before receiving the payment. Therefore, the person who truly expedited the process was Mr. Matt. I am very grateful for his willingness to help and his prompt assistance.
Do not use if you value time.
Customer service works if it's to copy and paste procedures: and not even that, because when you actually need help, they just ingore you and will leave you there waiting.
Moreover, they SCAM YOU with their services, saying your transfers will be inmediate and it's just bullshit.

My experience was good because, since it was the first time both my employer and I used this type of platform, I received excellent advice from two customer service representatives who guided me and ensured that the transactions were as smooth as possible. The verification process for my employer was a bit lengthy, but I understand that all legal requirements must be met to ensure transparency in global financial transactions. Now, with future payments, I expect everything to go much more smoothly.

Veem changed payment preference
Previous payments from customer had been sent 5-days out, consistently. This last payment of $195 was not sent to my default preference (bank), instead to Veem wallet. They were trying to get me to apply for a Veem credit card. This is very unprofessional and time consuming. I changed everything back, however- what a hassle! Still waiting on payment.

After nearly two exhausting months of trying to resolve a payment issue, I can confidently say that Anna V and Rosey from Veem’s Client Services team are the reason it’s finally been resolved. During this time, I had to send multiple emails, initiate countless live chats, and even attempt phone calls to customer support, all in hopes of getting answers or some resolution. It was incredibly frustrating and emotionally draining, especially as each attempt left me more uncertain than before. I was starting to feel like this issue might never be resolved. Then came Anna V, who played a pivotal role in getting the first payment sorted. She was attentive, clear in her communication, and genuinely committed to helping me, a stark contrast from the general back-and-forth I had experienced earlier. She made me feel heard and gave me some much needed hope in the process. When the issue with the second payment lingered, Rosey stepped in. She not only followed up on the matter, but took full ownership and ensured that everything was handled thoroughly. She kept me updated, explained the steps clearly, and was genuinely empathetic to how long I had been dealing with this issue. I am especially grateful that she was the last person I had to deal with before the funds were finally received. Her professionalism and commitment made all the difference. Their patience, persistence, and care are exactly what excellent customer service should look like. I’m sincerely thankful to them both for turning a very frustrating experience into a resolved one.
