Apps that can do remittances have a good amount of verification requirements. On similar apps with similar security levels, it often takes a good amount of waiting and emailing back and forth to get verified. Veem got me done in about 48 hours, and they did it by paying attention to my specific details. That makes me think that their process will be MORE secure, not less.

That's the main reason for the rating. But I also like the debit load and virtual card features. I'm no expert and plan to mostly use within the US, but the exchange rates seem competitive as well.

Veem is beyond my expectations. I am planning to use Veem for my overseas transactions.

They’re utterly incompetent. Not only have I had them automatically cancel subscriptions and need to resubscribe, but their login is completely broken, and they locked me out of the a platform I had thousands of dollars in payments flowing through for nearly two weeks and tried to blame the issue on me / my network, despite the issue persisting across IP addresses, browsers, devices, and login methods. I would not trust them to handle your payments.

It’s the best option for receiving and sending international payments. It’s very easy to use, their processes are fast, and customer service is very friendly and efficient when answering any questions. I’ve recommended it to coworkers, and they haven’t regretted it. Great job!

Do not request or accept money from Veem.com. I was supposed to receive my payment on June 15th, and it has still not arrived.

There are significant delays in payment: funds are not arriving on time and are taking days longer than expected. Additionally, I am facing ongoing problems with Veem's customer service. I have encountered delayed responses and a lack of resolution to my issues, and they continue to request excessive information that is already available in their system. This is unacceptable.

Processing of scheduled payments, especially if you choose a bank transfer is just a nightmare. Delays can be unpredictable

DO NOT USE THE FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THIS COMPANY STEALS WAGES, uses confusing multiple person response tactics and outright is damaging b2b commerce.

"Initially, I had several issues with the service—my payments were often delayed and sometimes took 4 or 5 days to appear in my account after the expected date. However, on a few occasions, they did credit my account to make up for the delay, which I appreciated. Since then, the service has improved significantly. I definitely prefer it over PayPal, and I would recommend it to others."

I need clarification on transaction and others and the support system break it down and settle the issue. Thanks guys

well, I´ve been using it for over 3 years now. 2 interactions with customer service staff & I was very pleased on your quick replies.
transactions always secure and never had any issue so far.
3 years & No issues, money always there never rare movements.
I just hope do not become another paypal.

They will forcely took Money out of your account and no trackers of proof that chargeback happened

This was their email response , They have no Proof where the chargeback money went and sender showed me bank statement they haven't received it So Veem employees are openly active in fraudulent activities

However since it was a charge back we don't refund the customer directly. So the trackers will not show any return beyond our account. When a chargeback happens the money is pulled from our bank accounts directly and the initiator is refunded directly by the bank.

This means the funds that were put on recall were ours at veem as the sender got their money back``
