Delivery is reliable and delivery man is polite and helpful. The produce is always good.

Company have a very easy on-line process if you should need to contact them. The delivery is always well boxed and the drivers are cheery and friendly.

Love the fresh veg, bread and fruit delivery every week. Even the meat is outstanding. We're also lucky to have a fantastic delivery man who goes above and beyond. It's totally value for money for the amount you receive and the quality you get.

Regular delivery of good looking fruit & veg. Will leave in a safe place if no one home. If the fruit/veg is below standard they are happy to refund. If I forget to update my regular order, an email always fixes it!!

We started using VegBoxFresh during the Covid-19 lockdown. We have continued to use them ever since. Initially we used Greendale Farm Shop near Exeter, but every delivery was sent via DPT - so was either lost or arrived severely damaged. We switched to Tamar Fresh, and then VegBoxFresh, when they started doing home deliveries over the border.

VegBoxFresh may be slightly more expensive than supermarkets for some items. However I cannot emphasise enough how happy we have been with the availability of items ordered, the impeccable quality, extra generous portion sizes, and minimal packaging. The supermarkets just can't compete on those aspects. Some of the VegBoxFresh produce (like their cabbages) could easily win prizes! VegBoxFresh are a true champion for fresh, local produce.

Managing orders and subscriptions through the website has become easier in recent times and via the Shopify app. If there are any problems with a delivery (like items missing or damaged) someone called Amy always responds within minutes and fixes the issue straight away for us. You cannot beat that for service.

VegBoxFresh have continued to expand the range of products they carry. The fish is delicious and it's always tempting to browse the website and look for new things to try. By now, we've probably spent a couple of thousand pounds with VegBoxFresh, and are firmly committed to continue using them. The days of monotonous twice-weekly trips to the supermarket are long-gone for us.

My goods are delivered as requested and the drivers are always polite and the food ordered is still good and competitively priced in spite of the disruptions to the food chain.
The staff behind the scenes work equally as hard to make sure the customers know what is happening and why.

Literally what is the point of having a delivery minimum when there is no reliable way to track delivery and you are stuck waiting. Also multiple items missing/incorrect

This company have wonderful customer service skills and nothing is too much trouble. I like that I can pick and choose my box and having it delivered when I need it rather than weekly or fortnightly. Living on my own this is so useful. The delivery crew are very helpful too and are happy to carry it into the house for me.

Great local produce, you know where it is coming from. Easy website for subscriptions to be updated or skipped. A variety of foods to buy, even for different diets.
