The Broc was not dark green and starting to have a yellow tinge and the bag of Rocket looked as if it had been bagged up a while. All limp (I know it's difficult to keep if fresh looking) and already there were yellow leaves to pick out. I had to throw at least half away after two days in the fridge and having extracted as many green leaves as I could.

Great local fresh fruit and vegetables delivered.
The crate was ordered the night before via the app. I don't find that very easy to navigate and find everything easily but the delivery and fresh produce is outstanding.
I've ordered on and off for years. Quality is consistently very good and customer care brilliant. Not happy, give them a call and they will sort , usually, the same day with a money back guarantee.
Fantastic service for someone like myself who physically struggles with leaving the house and therefore shopping.

We believed that VegBoxFresh were selling locally grown produce but stopped using them after a large number of things we bought had been imported from foreign countries as indicated by the shipping tags left on the fruit and veg. It is ethically and legally questionable to resell imported fruit and veg at a massive markup when the business motto is "Locally sourced seasonal fruit and veg to your door". How much of the fruit and veg is actually sourced from the South West? There needs to be more transparency because customers are being conned if "locally sourced" just means the products are being shipped in from around the world to a warehouse in Saltash.

Deliveries turned up at random times and there is no tracking system, so we never knew when to be at home to take the delivery; there are reviews mentioning this as far back as 2020 so it is disappointing to see that nothing has been done to improve this over the past four years.

As other reviews have also stated, the quality was hit-or-miss with rotten/expired produce often in larger orders and wildly different sizing of the same produce on different orders e.g. the aubergine we got from one order was half the size of the aubergine from the order before despite paying the same price.

We are so pleased that we found VegBox! A great company with a good range of local products of lovely quality ordered online and then delivered to our door (by a very pleasant driver!) every week.We cannot praise them highly enough.Thanks from Sabrina and Pete Launceston.

Easter was an unfortunate time for us. My husband was taken ill and is now in Derriford Hospital. The fruit and vegetables are very good. Will certainly be reordering when things get back to normal. I hasten to assure that his blood pressure and broken ribs have nothing to do with your excellent Company.

The quality of fruit and veg is really good and the value is great. The drivers are always really friendly. My only criticism is availability of some products. They always have the fruit and veg but often don't have the ordered bread, milk, or other bits. It would be great if the website said these items aren't available.

Always fantastic fruit and veg - so fresh and it keeps well. I also buy a tray of eggs now and again. I share the box with my family next door and I’m always amazed at how much you put in the box. Definitely fresher and cheaper than supermarkets.
