Company is good, product disappointing
Quick service and good communication but my cat didn’t like the food. A shame because I wanted to include some plant based in his diet for environment reasons. He isn’t a fan of dry food which might be the problem. If you did wet food for cats I would definitely try it.

Benevo’s puppy kibble transformed her into the powerful girl she is today and is now thriving on their adult kibble. The prices are competitive and the dispatch and delivery service is excellent.

The short delays were due to our supplier not being able to get stock to us as quickly as usual, which unfortunately caused a few days of items being out of stock. We’re working closely with them to prevent this from happening in the future.
We also appreciate your note about packaging. Sustainability is important to us, and we review our materials to ensure we’re using the most eco-friendly options, where possible.
As a helpful tip; our back-in-stock notification feature (located on each product page) automatically lets you know the moment a product becomes available again, so you can order as soon as it arrives.

Great variety and fast delivery
Tons of various plant-based dog and cat food, treats, chews, etc. The doggy biscuits and treat section, for example, is second to none. I've found some treats that I haven't seen anywhere else. Great prices. Fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Good product but postage to NI exhorbitant
I was ready to put in an order having received a sample but found I had to pay a minimum of £20 delivery cost to N Ireland, though mainland would have been free. This made the total cost uncompetitive with other suppliers who do not have this high delivery cost

We completely understand your concern about delivery costs to Northern Ireland. We don’t offer free shipping, even to the mainland, as we pass along the courier’s charges directly, giving our customers the choice of service - these are the prices supplied by the couriers themselves.
In some instances we cover a portion of the courier costs ourselves in order to charge less - in this particular instance DPD shipping to NI costs around £28, but we only charge our customers £24, to make things a little more affordable. 🙂
We always aim to be as transparent as possible with shipping costs so there are no surprises at checkout. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
