After a bad experience a first time…

After a bad experience a first time buyer of used cars, I turned to RAC for the full car history check.
The multi vehicle option was very convenient as we compared options.
Money well spent for more peace of mind (sorry for the sellers!)

Excellent service I did 2 one direct…

Excellent service I did 2 one direct with HPI and one with RAC even though it's basically the same information the RAC one was much better as it was easier to follow and didn't have any annoying pop ups

total wastage of money.....bought 5…

total wastage of money.....bought 5 cars history check package. as i was looking for LC Vehicle . customer told me its written off in 2024 but unable to send me pics. so decided pay to RAC to get pics but they dont have as well. totally useless Service.
Just having MOT and basic information that u can get free online .
basic data they having. even they don't know what the tax band is for this vehicle. .
very disappointed

Very easy to obtain on the internet

Very easy to obtain on the internet. I just searched for HP check and RAC came up. As I was with them for years before I moved abroad they seemed the obvious, safe, company to use.
The report had all I needed and many more facts, very useful and interesting.

Waste of money. Provided data is available for free

The only thing I got for £14.99 that I haven't found for free was the previous registration number, and that's useful, how?
Valuation = N/A. The valuation would have been useful.
There are some manufacturer recalls on the vehicle I am buying. Where's the information on those?

I would have used hpi.co.uk, except they redirected me to a site with a TP score of 1.2!
