The Staff and the Dr made me feel very welcome. I was offered Coffee and water. Which was lovely. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, which is good for the nerves. Mark the Consultant was lovely and made me feel at ease.. All in all it was a pleasurable appointment. The Nurse who worked alongside Mark was absolutely lovely, she couldnt do enough for me.

From the moment I entered the clinic I was made to feel at ease, everyone one was very friendly . Mark Reji was very professional and honest. I had had my varicose veins treat by Mark back in 2022 and this was a follow up appointment to tidy up some thread veins on my feet & ankles. Now I feel I can once again wear shorts and not have to wear tights or stockings. Great job. Would definitely recommend and have done to one of my neighbours

Prominent veins on one leg for many years. Decided to sort. Reception staff welcoming. Initial consultation with Dr Reji was very informative, clear and reassuring re procedures required. The morning procedure at a later date with Dr Reji went well with input from senior nurse Angela. Mild discomfort for short period but not painful in any way. Support stocking for 10 days was comfortable and dried quickly after showers. Follow up sorted one residual vein. Very pleased with final outcome, staff supportive and caring. I have no reservations in recommending this team.

A bit over rated in my opinion. Very expensive as 1 standard price even if your veins aren't that bad. My weren't. Took 10 minutes and the follow up appointment was rushed and dismissive also £250 extra, I think a follow up should be part of the £3k plus I paid as they were looking for things they might have missed...just said ''right think we don't need to see you again''. Okay for the 1 bulgy vein I had but left with all the spider type veins. In reflection I did not walk out happy as stated in the advert. I will have to go elsewhere to treat what was left. :(

I would like to say that all the staff were lovely when I had my veins done in both legs. However, after spending around £8000 in total my veins are back worse than before. Very disappointed as when I contacted the office I was told to book an appointment to have the redone.....at extra cost. I had mine done in 2024 so date of experience below is incorrect My veins started coming back shortly after being done..

I had recently developed rosacea and a possible gluten intolerance. This had caused veins in my face really red due to flare ups and having a burning, allergy ridden face. I called the vein centre to see if they did vein removal in the face, which I was told they did. Made an appointment with Helen. I was so tearful, upset and distressed about my face. Helen talked to me, told me why she understood my distress,explained why this had happened and she set ro work. Helen explained the process, showed me the equipment and got to work. I'm not going to say it was pain-free, I'd be fibbing!! It stung rather than hurt! Helen said it would be a few days and it would calm down, which it did. I was given aloe lotion and told about after care. This was one of 2 sessions, I am thrilled with the results. My skin is clearer, not red now, I take care to avoid flare ups but I dare go out now, I don't hide now. I would recommend Helen, she has a unique personality and is very caring. Thank you.

The consultant explained and showed us the findings of the scan and although not the answer or treatment that I was hoping for was honest in his recommendation and opinion. I would have liked more time to discuss the implications of his findings but he unfortunately didn’t have the time as having to run to schedule so I will be having an appointment with my gp and asking for a vascular referral so that I can be monitored and have further advice. I will be having a 15 minute follow up with the consultant for some of my questions to be answered and to see if I have shown any improvement.
I am pleased that I went to the vein clinic as potentially the results have enabled me to seek further advice which I needed beyond cosmetic treatment.

Very straightforward process, friendly and knowledgeable staff, very happy with the results as my legs feel so much better already, wish I’d had it done years ago.

Enquired at my local VeinCentre in Nottingham about a bulging varicose vein, the consultation was booked in and took place within 2 weeks.
The options were explained clearly along with the costs involved and the surgery was booked in with Dr Mark Regi.
The surgery went extremely smoothly where the problem vein was removed and foam injected into the other parts of the vein higher up the leg. The discomfort was expected in the days following and did not disappoint! I would recommend very light duties if you have a physical job for more than the suggested time.
The follow up appointment was swiftly carried out and a small amount of foam was again injected but really had no ill side effects which was a relief.
Dr Regi was very happy with the outcome and once the recent foam has disintegrated I feel that the procedure will have been very worthwhile.
I would highly recommend Dr Regi at Nottingham was professionalism and experience in this field.

Really Could not ask for a better service, All the VC team were fantastic from the off, Polite manner of the booking lady on the phone to Mark & Debbie who Carried out my Procedure and Follow up Foam, i Felt at complete ease throughout the Experience which was a nice feeling as i'd debated it for a long time, Results are amazing, So If you are debating like i was, Just go for it as its worth every Penny

From the moment I walked in for my consultation at the Nottinghamshire Vein Centre, there was a relaxed atmosphere and one of friendliness. This was enhanced by my consultation with Duncan Durry. A very satisfying experience that filled me with the confidence needed to go ahead with my treatment.

I had bad varicose veins in both legs, with skin changes and having had bleeding. I was really hesitant about getting them dealt with, particularly because as a doctor you have a different sort of insight in to the process. I looked at the online reviews and took the leap with VeinCentre. My experience was fantastic, from start to finish. In particular, Duncan the surgeon, who exuded quiet confidence and capability with a very easy manner. Plus the rest of the Nottingham clinic team were really lovely - from the receptionist to the fantastic nurse assisting. All highly professional and very good at putting you at ease. I’ve now had bilateral EVLA and sclerotherapy over two sessions and although it’s early days I can already see the results and the sense of heaviness in my legs has gone. Things couldn’t have gone better.

Easy procedure but not the result I expected at all. Left with some nerve damage to right shin and big bulging veins replaced by extensive blue and red thread veins most of which were not there before.
