Very professional and extremely friendly service from the Nottingham VeinCentre team of Dr Mark, Deb and Jane for my removal of my varicose veins

I am so happy with the result of my treatment! I only wished I’d done it sooner!
I decide to go and visit the Vein Centre based on the excellent reviews I’d seen online. From my very first visit I was made to feel very welcome by Mark, Debs and Jane. Mark explained the whole process and recommend the treatment. Although my varicose veins weren’t that bad I felt self conscious about them and over the last couple of years had avoided wearing shorts and shorter skirts in the summer, which wasn’t really like me at all! The treatment itself was relatively pain free, just a bit of discomfort that lasted for a short time, but well worth it! I would thoroughly recommend the Vein Centre in Nottingham to anyone considering treatment.

I have had several leg treatments with mark regi in Nottingham Veincentre who has been brilliant on every treatment I have had .
the nurses have been amazing aswell all of service I have received from start to finish on the telephone to the treatment centre was all great & I can’t fault anything very helpful and everything explained to me clearly with the treatments and after care .
the team make you feel welcome when at the treatment centre all very professional a very clean environment and comfortable & i would definitely recommend to anyone to have any treatment based on my own experience.

Great experience I’m a relaxed environment

I had treatment for very minor thread veins on and around my nose. They were so minor I was in two minds about treatment in case it made them worse. But due to their prominent position it was affecting my self confidence so I booked in with Helen in Nottingham.

The clinic was lovely with a warm welcome from the receptionist. Helen was very patient and friendly. I was very nervous as treatment on the tip of my nose would be obvious if it went wrong.

The treatment itself was quick and painless.

Can't fault the service and treatment.

However, I do think the warnings of "minor pinkness and potential scabbing that generally heals in a day or two" was misleading. I had severe scabbing that no make up would cover for weeks. It probably took a month for redness to completely go (I could cover it with makeup after two weeks).

Also, unfortunately, I still have redness plus a white scar and indentation that is more noticeable than the original vein. As its now been over three months I assume this is permanent.

I did make contact to ask for guidance and was asked to provide photos. Unfortunately its hard to show on a photo as it is minor, but compared to the issue I started with its worse. I now have more veins but don't feel confident returning for treatment so feel I'm stuck with a worsening situation.

I mostly can't fault the Vein Centre. Cosmetic surgery comes with no guarantees and I seem to just have been one of the unlucky few this didn't help. The only thing I think could have been better was information about healing time and risks...everything on the website suggests scarring is not a risk or very rare. Helen was excellent and I'm sure she gets great results for many people. I just think it's fair people go into this with a balanced view.

First Class treatment from highly competent and very pleasant people. The result of it all is that I've been fully restored and able to do everything I could do before I suffered the problem.

I highly recommend using this company. Very friendly from start to finish. Really pleased with the results of my treatment.

As I arrived at the surgery I felt a bit nervous but straight away the Surgeon DR.MARK REGI made me feel very comfortable and at ease.He looked at my left leg and straight away he said he could sort the bulky vein out in my leg.such a lovely person he is!.. along side his assistant Debbie who was so lovely!
As the weeks went on i could tell there was a huge improvement already! It has given me huge confidence now Thanks to a great Surgeon! I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

Excellent service

A really convenient location, all of the staff are lovely. The procedure was explained clearly and the cost was outlined - the pre-procedure information was comprehensive.

The procedure (bilateral varicose veins) was not too uncomfortable and there was a follow up call within a couple of days.

Jane, Jo, Debbie and Dr Duncan are an asset.

From entering the door and speaking to the Receptionist they were nothing but very welcoming and inviting. The nurse was also very friendly and supportive. Dr Duncan Drury was very welcoming, sympathetic, knowledgeable and very truthful explaining all the services available.

Very friendly staff and consultant puts you at ease immediately.

A very relaxing environment and all the staff are very welcoming. I was very nervous when I arrived but I soon felt comfortable as the staff were reassuring and kind.

Absolutely excellent experience at Veincentre and so pleased with the outcome. I attended the Nottingham Clinic. I was assured that the outcome would be positive and indeed this was the case! Once I removed my surgical stocking I was so impressed with the results. I wished I had the procedure done years ago! Thanks to all the staff! The lady on reception was great, the nurse was lovely and Mark Regit the Consultant was so professional and friendly. All was explained to me very carefully and consequently I felt quite at ease with the procedure which only occasioned me slight discomfort… certainly nothing to worry about!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr Regi did a thorough assessment, and explained my situation fully to me. I look forward to a review in June.

Had treatment in 1 leg in 2023 , Veins returned within 12 months , contacted the centre to ask about options, they said because it was 12 month I would have to pay £3000 again .
Ironically I did point out a vein I thought they had not treated on my return visit after treatment , to which the consultant said , it wasn’t VV , it was normal !!! To which the mess in my left leg which has now developed again seems to of stemmed from that point . No offer of a follow up to check or a discount .
Not impressed at all .
