Exchange Not Recommended
I liked the original shoes I received; however, I had to return them due to size. The return process is nice and easy, but it does take awhile. The shoes had to be sent back and inspected before new ones were shipped. Once I received the new shoes they were not packaged as well as the ones I sent back. They also did not look as nice, did not have the paper stuffed in them to hold their shape, and one pair had a bad smell to them. I understand having to send back the originals in the same condition I received them in, but then I expect to receive new ones in the same condition. These seem to be previously returned and sent back out as they were delivered from the US and not from Italy like the original pair. I would recommend not doing an exchange. I would return the originals and place a new order online. This would ensure new and would be a lot quicker.

While every exchanged or returned item undergoes a thorough quality inspection before being made available again, it's clear that in your case the presentation of the shoes did not match the standard you experienced with your original order. We sincerely apologize for that.
We also noticed, though, that we did not receive any photos of the packaging or the replacement pair, nor did we receive any report about these issues before your review. Had we been made aware of them, we would have been happy to look into the matter straight away. In any case, we will share your feedback with our warehouse team so they can review the packaging and dispatch procedures to ensure they continue to meet our standards.
Regarding the exchange timeline, our process requires the returned item to arrive at our warehouse and pass a quality inspection before we can proceed with the replacement. This allows us to ensure that every return is handled fairly and consistently for all our customers. We understand that this may take longer than placing a new order, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process.
As for the replacement being shipped from our US warehouse, this is part of our logistics network and allows us to reduce delivery times whenever stock is available locally. Regardless of the shipping location, however, every pair is expected to meet the same quality standards, and we're sorry to hear that this was not your impression.

the sizing guide is wrong and frustrating!
Size 38 is listed as fitting a 24.8–25.1 cm foot, yet the actual footbed measures only about 24.6 cm, and the tapered toe shape further reduces the usable length. As a result, the sandals fit noticeably smaller than the size chart suggests.
Customer service was polite, but communication felt inconsistent. Different representatives seemed unaware of previous updates, giving the impression that information was not being properly shared within the team. sizing guide was not accurate in my experience.

I ordered the Amis sneakers from the USA. They arrived after a few days in a nice box, and there was also documentation inside in case I wanted to exchange or return them.
The sneakers are beautifully crafted. I’ve worn them a few time, they are comfortable, look great, and are lightweight.

The products are amazing
The products are amazing, my main issue was with timing. Maybe it was the logistics, but I’ve made the purchase online and chose for it to be delivered in a store believing it would be faster. I made the purchase on Sunday and the order only started being processed on Thursday. Then in only arrived on the Monday after. Next time I’ll just go straight to the shop, the people there are amazing and really helpful.

Exchange nightmare
I returned a pair of shoes to the store to exchange them for the right size as I ordered them online.
The person at the store said they had the correct size and could ship it. He took my shoes and said I would get a confirmation email shortly.
2 days went by without any confirmation and I reached out to support for them to finally confirm the exchange was being sent.
2 weeks went by and tracking is saying the shows are held at customs due to an error with the invoice.
I’ve reached out to support several times and have not heard back and still have no expected date for the shows to be delivered.
