Shoes Never Delivered (Stuck with Customs)
(This review is not the direct “fault” of Velasca) Unfortunately, I have not received the package still. It’s stuck in Memphis due to paperwork issues with Customs. I’ve been in contact with your company about this and Catarina has been very open and honest about the issue. She’s wonderful. Unfortunately, when all is said and done though, I still don’t have the shoes. And now I am leaving the county for a few weeks. I fear if these ever do get delivered, it will be when I am gone and I have no one home to collect them. I paid for expedited delivery which means they should have arrived a week ago. I have no clue why this is such a complicated customs issue. I only mark 1 star because of the situation. I am not sure there is much else your company can do to fix this. When I call fed ex, they blame the shipper, when I talk to you, it’s customs. At the end of the day I spent 200 dollars and have nothing for it.

The quality of these loafers are amazing. Right of the box (which was packaged extremely well) you can see and smell the authenticity. I used the size guide and they were a perfect fit. The comfort is also fantastic. I look forward to adding to my collection in the near future.

It is a great piece of cloth with a very good design and fit of the jacket. I am having to do a significant re-tailoring of the pants for comfort, look and fit but appreciate there was enough cloth in the pants to do this - but not enough to out in cuffs
