We started off looking for shoes for ourselves - in search of both beauty and quality - so we headed straight to the artisans in Montegranaro, Le Marche, Italy’s oldest shoemaking district. Enamored by Italian craftsmanship, we expanded our collection. We went deep into researching the origins behind every new piece: where the tradition began, where to find the relevant expert craftspeople. And we found them - all over Italy. That’s where our clothing collection began.

The company treats its customers with love they make you feel excited about purchasing a pair of well designed and comfortable shoes that look good . When you receive the shoes they come in a box that contains 2 shoes bags to put your shoes in and the box is wrapped with string that is tied very unique way to ship shoes I really was impressed for the second time since I already own another pair of shoes from VELASCA.

Good customer service; superb product quality
Good customer service. We had a little set back on logistics not atribuible to Velasca, but they anticipated the issue and let me know. And the driving moccasins are state of the art, the look, the feel, the smell, the walk. It was my first purchase but definitely not the last.

I really liked the quality and classic design of their products; they're excellent. The shipping and packaging are also great.
The service from the company's executives and staff is good, professional, and friendly. I did have a shipping delay, but it was more of a FedEx issue. Ultimately, though, the brand is always responsible. But everything was resolved well and successfully.

I bought my first pair of velasca driver shoes 5 years ago. I love the quality, reminding me of my Prada driver shoes from 15 years ago when I lived in Switzerland. The quality of leather, the workmanship, and the amazing consumer support along with the charming pictures of the people who made the shoes makes me really appreciate this company holistically. I will be traveling to Milan in two months, and am excited to visit their store in person!

Slow delivery time
I am still waiting for my package, one week after it was scheduled to arrive. This appears to be a FedEx problem, not Velasca, who shipped my purchase soon after I made it.
Perhaps the company should consider using another courier service. For whatever reason, FedEx has done a poor job of late; it is also exceedlingly difficult to speak with a company representative.
