Prescriptions not delivered!
The app, kit, testing and diagnosis was all smooth and quick. But I was asked to pick up the medications from the pharmacist without the prescriptions being delivered to to the pharmacy. Customer care said they would call me back after resolving the issue but never did. A message was sent out after an hour on the app without any notifications.
The pharmacist was sad to see me visit multiple times and said this is quite common with velieve. Wish I knew before I paid.

Very impressed by the speed of service for both the test and the prescription. I love the convenience and how easy the test was to do - I would have liked a slightly more pacy ‘how to’ video when I was desperate for a wee!!

It is really the best app I could wish for. I always suffered from UTI and bladder infection and it was always a struggle for me to get an appointment to the doctor, waiting for the results and then get the right treatment, it would have take a week or so if I was lucky and who experience uti like me knows exactly that is the most painful thing and you are not able to sleep or to go to work. This app changed the game completely for me. It’s the second time I used it and it was amazing for me to do everything in 1 day. I’m very excited and I highly recommend to people that suffer from uti often and still need to go to work.
The team is very professional and kind, within few hours I had my results and the antibiotics were sent to me directly at home. Amazing

Quick Easy Professional Service
The courier arrived with the Test Kit around 3 hours after order. The App was easy to download and the instructions very easy to follow. The results were interpreted within 10 minutes of sending them via the App. Very quick and professional. I would recommend them for speedy peace of mind.

It was fast but the meds were terrible
It was fast, and efficient. However, while this isn’t the app’s fault itself, the antibiotics I was prescribed sent me to the hospital with chest tightness, fatigue, headaches, and aches and pains. So in the end I had to get tested at a hospital. I find it frustrating that the meds are prescribed by a doctor we don’t even get a name for and we can’t follow up with them. I won’t be using this again.

It's important for us to note that the Velieve test results are sent to Medicspot, an online doctor company.
The diagnosis, and prescription when needed, are conducted by a licensed doctor following the review of both the urine test results and the symptoms collected in the app.
Medicspot is a regulated company and its doctors follow the national guidelines regarding UTI treatment.
Medicspot phone number is available in the app's results screen for any needed follow up. Our support team also often refers relevant cases directly to them.
We will consider your suggestion of displaying the name of the doctor together with the diagnosis. Thank you for sharing that idea.

I cannot believe how amazing this experience was. Within half an hour I had received my kit and within the hour I received my results and could pick up my antibiotics. It has taken a horrible experience and made it so easy for me. Thank you so so much!!! :)

Honestly one of the most fantastic things I’ve discovered recently.
The website and app and kit is SO easy to use and follow and the delivery is SO fast. It’s so affordable and I am so grateful for that, to be able to take charge of my health easily and efficiently and not burden the NHS with something so common and easy to treat. Especially grateful to not put extra strain on them at this time.

Incredible product! 5 🌟
This service is absolutely incredible. My pain came on late Sunday afternoon and I actually thought I dying! After a quick google search all symptoms seemed to lead to a uti. Being a Sunday and being in such excruciating pain I didn’t know what to do but then remembered watching @jess_megan_ post on your service. I went online, ordered my kit and it arrived about an hour later. I followed the app instructions which I found so easy even in extreme pain. My results came back straight away to say I have a uti and then my medication was delivered early Monday morning.
Absolutely fantastic! Can’t recommend you enough
