One of the scammer company who firstly…
One of the scammer company who firstly use to charge huge money from account without any reason or proof & after 6 months of moving to another vendor company they are sending us bills without any proof again although we settled everything in full & finall settlement. THE WORST COMPANY, NEVER PUT BETALINGS SERVICE FOR THEM OTHERWISE THEY WILL MAKE YOU BANKRUPT SOMEDAY & never pay until you are satisfied & got clear explanation regarding the bill .

Sometimes we can experience to receive after corrections on the subscriptions, which means that we will send a new settlement - This is not something that we control and this can happen with all electricity companies.

Practicly avoid.
Even if I specificly asked for monthly consumption bills and had an agreement for that they jept sending me acconto paymenzs in insaine amounts (3500DKK, 4500DKK and ontop for the end November bill is allready acconto sent a week ago of 10 500 DKK)
We have 2 machine in house that work 1-2 times per week ( dishwasher and laundry washer without dryer) + 3 lights and TV.
Even crazy and dumb/stupid person can clearly see that you are fishing fir money.
Even that you also do not even have my e-mail in login sistem and you are sending me login mails and codes that are people that are not even part of this household.
2 months you needed to reply an e-mail.
You don't answer your phone, etc..
1 star is more than enough for this treatment, we do not braking our back for earning money so you can take it from us!
Even that I wrote you to call me, that call never came....

They do not keep to agreement
They do not keep to agreement. Too expensive. They pretend to be cheap when they contact customer from the beginning. AVOID!!!
