Poor service. VERY slow to refund pre-payment. AVOID!!
VERY poor service. More than 100 days after I ended my service, Velkommen still has my 18000 DKK aconto pre-payment and cannot tell me when it will be returned to me. I have emailed and called the 'udbetaling' department multiple times.
I suggest you look elsewhere for your electricity supply.

Overcharged and refund not given
I have terminated my contract on 11th August 2025. It's 19th October and the company has still not responded to my mails and not returned my aconto payment of 24000 dkk.
I have sent them several emails. Customer care is impossible to reach by phone.

Stay away from this. They called me pretending to be a finantial service and asked me all the bank details to make an unauthorized suscription to an energy provider. Luckily I read the small letters of the email he sent with the agreement that was supposed to be an application for a loan and was a monthly suscription of something totally different. He made 2 calls because "he forgot to record the first one". In the first one he asked me all regarding the loan plus my personal information, and in the second one just my information again. BIG TIME FRAUD

lack of transparency
Impossible to contact customer service, 3h estimated waiting time. They do not send money you paied aconto automatically and there is a lot of admin fees. Bad experience, lack of transparency.

They registered two addresses under my…
They registered two addresses under my name by mistake and are now sending me bills for both. I tried to contact them several times by email and phone, but received no response. It is also not possible to remove the wrong addresses myself through my account.
On top of that, their representative promised me a 2,000 kr discount for moving to Velkommen, but I still haven’t received it.
So far, this has been a very frustrating experience. I just want the incorrect addresses removed, the wrong bills cancelled, and the promised discount applied.
