Ordered a mattress from them in February this year with an estimated 4 week delivery time. I have emailed the company twice and get a bounce back and when I called there was no one to take calls and the voicemail box was full!
Now trying to recovery the money I paid to them!!

I ordered a chest of drawers on the 1st of March, received an order confirmation immediately but nothing since. Delivery stated a maximum of 10 working days. There is no answer on the phone, I've left voicemails, sent instant messages & used the contact request form. When I tried to email it bounced back though mail demon as non-existent. Now I have to go through my bank to try to get my money back. They've blocked my card & stopped further payments from Vellar as suspected fraud. I can't afford to order from anywhere else while in limbo.

Absolutely appalling. No one answers the phone. Half the order still missing. No one responds to emails. Avoid

I was having a load of sleep issues with my old mattress and decided it was time to shop around for a new one. Found an excellent deal during the sale. The mattress arrived promptly, in flawless condition, and without any complications. Definitely would recommend Vellar to anyone looking for great service and range of quality products.

Given Vellar seemed relatively new I did my research before ordering including coming onto trust pilot - and I’m so pleased I did! After reading the other reviews, I ordered a mattress which arrived within 3 weeks (4 weeks earlier than expected), the price was the best I found, and the service has been top class - incredibly responsive and helpful. Absolutely love our new mattress and I will definitely be ordering from Vellar again - highly recommend

This is my second purchase from Vellar, and I must highlight Lucy for her exceptional assistance. She dedicated time and attention to help identify the perfect bed for my elderly mother. The entire experience, from selection and pricing to coordinating payment and delivery, was remarkably stress-free. Opting for delivery and assembly in the bedroom was a fantastic option, providing peace of mind as my mother could not manage this herself.
