The difference between dropping my bike off and picking it up. I brought it in for a routine service, but I glided home, the difference was amazing. mark at E Velo is friendly and sensitive to my needs. He also give invaluable advice.

i have had a very poor experience with Ribble Cycles, cancelled my order and instead ordered a Bergamont electric gravel bike from e-velo. ordered on a Wednesday and delivered 5 days later. They were let down by their courier but decided to deliver themselves, a 550 mile round trip. the bike is very lovely. and a necessity in my new location in the Cotswolds.

Fantastic bike. A real head turner.
I take my tiny yorkie out on my lap, harnessed to me as I have to use both hand on it.
Then we go to the park.
Well worth buying it.
I thought about buying an electric bike for ages before taking the plunge because I thought it was the beginning of a slippery slope if accepting middle age. I eventually bought one (a Scott Sub Active) and am beyond thrilled with it and the positive change it has made to my life. I like to actually exercise my legs so I leave it on eco and let the gears do the work ( they are a doddle to use). If I'm feeling tired, out of breath or lazy I ramp it up a notch for Hills and then drop it back down again. It is a lovely looking bike and I am now the one haranguing my husband (who is super fit) to go on long bike rides. It is quite a heavy bike, but it has a walk mode for walking on tracks that are unsuitable for cycling on and the front wheel pops off for putting it in the back of the car. Mark who runs the business in Halesworth is super helpful and carried out a free 1st service yesterday at a time to suit us. You might have gathered that I am a big fan of this bike and E-velo

As a 78 year-old with both hips replaced, the time had come to seek an e-bike, and late in 2019, I discovered your showroom in Halesworth, and was immediately drawn to the Wisper walkthrough model at the rear of the showroom. I obtained a booklet (remember them?) but as winter was nigh, I took no action. Then came Covid ....
Two years later, my research showed ladies bikes as walk throughs, and there was my Wisper staring at me on the images page, It only took a short test ride to confirm my original thoughts, and home it came with me.
Weather permitting, I have ridden 125 miles in five rides, the latest being 40 miles which was 5 or 10 miles further than my fitness levels dictated. But the Wisper performed effortlessly and was a joy for this old boy!

We were very well looked after by Mark at EVelo at Halesworth. We bought two Wisper bikes and are very pleased with them. Mark even adapted a black bike to the updated battery spec for us, fitted back panniers and a mirror, plus he advised us on which locks to buy to comply with insurance. We were able to try the bikes on the industrial estate.
We had one small issue with the mileage not showing but this was sorted out in a few minutes.
Highly recommended.
