Would have given none if I could. Total scam. Not what they advertise or promise. Cheap rubbish from china and zero response when I emailed customer service to request a refund. AVOID at ALL costs.

They sent a jumper in post with no receipt, no instructions on how to return and they don't even answer emails. Thinking of going to solicitor.

Absolute Garbage- never been anywhere near cashmere fibres- no info to return to "London" for a refund- wish I had looked on here first .

I emailed but no reply- funny that !!

Why are they allowed air space ? Such awful reviews, they should be banned by Office of Fair Trading .

Complete and utter SCAM. Please, please, please do not buy from this company. Everything is fake, the company in London does not exist!!! The shop is not closing down, the products are shipped from China and the website is completely fake. I am devastated to have lost my hard earned money to criminals!!!!

No stars. A scam. I eventually received 2 jumpers supposedly from closing down sale in London for nearly £70. They are nothing like advertised, tiny, no labels, not cashmere, short arms, unwearable. Can send back to China at a cost for a refund - I do not trust this, or they will give me 20% back (£13) as I am valued customer, saying at their loss! Even if I accepted this they would still make more than £50 from me for shoddy goods I can not wear. Their website shows good Trustpilot scores, 4-5 stars, again a scam, this must also be illegal surely. Avoid at all costs.

Only putting one star as I can’t go any lower - this is a complete scam - stay far away. Claims to be a boutique closing down but actually is just shipping over from China - product says it’s cashmere but it’s cheap polyester; feels awful and looks nothing like the photo. They offer you partial refund when you complain but it’s not worth it. Don’t be fooled by the lovely Scandivian style photography or the Germany email, it’s a Chinese scam.

Not based in the UK, shoddy china based company. As others have said. Avoid 100%.
Not cashmere as advertised, no labels, poor fit. Asked to ship back to China with lie made up that they found the only stock they had was available there instead of UK.

One star because it actually arrived.
Bought cashmere, but it is not cashmere.
There is no labels on the clothing.
I tought I was buying from a London shop and found out while tracking It was coming from China.
Took more than two weeks to arrive.
The two tops I bought doesn't looknone bit to what I saw on instagram advert.
I have to cover the costs of the return after spending nearly £80 on two "cashmere, but not cashmere" tops.
I do not recommend Velora London. Don't buy it!

The order took weeks to arrive and the product was poor quality. No labels and was made of cheap polyester material even though it was advertised as a cashmere jumper. Paid too much for a poor quality item. Poor customer service as they didn’t even respond to my email when I asked where the order was. Very disappointed.

The company is a con the goods are nothing like what they say they are they are poor quality no labels or washing instructions they shouldn’t be allowed on here

Scam company.
A flurry of emails announcing an arrival of the ordered item is all you get.

I'm furious that I've been scammed out of my hard earned cash . Awful product, wrong sizing and was told I should ship it back to China when I requested to return 🤬

Jumpers look great in the photos on the website and are appalling quality - not worth £15 each let alone suggested price of £140.

See other reviews below - scam company, shoddy goods nothing like as described, offer a partial refund or send back to China at your expense (looking at minimum £27.50). Suggest you don’t go anywhere near them. !!

UPDATE have eventually negotiated a significant refund and will be donating items to charity. Will keep fingers crossed that the money arrives back in my account.

0 stars actually! Company not based in UK. Products very far of the advertised products on the website. Not worth more than £1 each. Wrong colour, shape, material (100% super thin polyester). They don't want to issue full refund. Huge scam. Avoid.

Wish I had read the real Trust Pilot reviews. Still waiting for my items after a month and don’t hold out any hope that the items will be worth the significant monies spent.

Absolutely agree with others here—these jumpers are nowhere near the quality advertised. They’re certainly not cashmere as claimed; instead, they’re made from a cheap, nasty material that’s only fit for the bin. Shockingly, there are no tags, care labels, or composition labels—not even basic washing instructions!
When I requested a refund, I was informed I’d have to ship them back to China at my own expense. Misleading advertising and terrible customer service—avoid at all costs!

Appalling quality - no tags at all in the clothing’s - that’s already a bad sign - it took 2 w to receive the goods- definitely don’t buy.

Same as previous reviews, definitely not cashmere, no labels, on the plus side they arrived very quickly ! , but don't despair I am wearing one now and they are very warm, but I wouldn't recommend.

Absolute scam! DO NOT BUY. Rubbish quality, very synthetic, no labels, colour and shape (ISA tm Cashmere turtleneck) not same as advertised. Email address on their website do not answer emails. AVOID them!!!!! Deserve minus star and only gave one star as something actually eventually arrived…please don’t engage with this outfit!
