Buyer Beware! The photos are very professional but the quality of the received items was inferior to those found in the local dollar store.
By advertising items at a significant discount you are attracted to beautiful pictures and then you find out once you get the cheap items that there are NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS!!!!!

You can buy multiples of equivalent items in a dollar store for less than half the sale price of one single item.

I gave this company one star because I have to be able to write a review, please stay away from this company, it's a scam. If you wish to through your money away I'm sure you can find a better way to do it.

Absolutely brutal!! The boots are such cheap quality, plastic and styrofoam. Lodged a complaint and requested a refund. Was offered 15%, then 20% and 25% as a final offer. I refused and have reported this fraud to the police. It’s ridiculous that they think they can get away with this!!!

Very unhappy with the sizing and quality. Used the sizing chart provided and fit 4 sizes smaller.
Was offered an exchange for an additional $30 for shipping. Won't order from them again.

Absolute scam. They advertise beautiful stuff - this all knock offs, it is crap. It’s not even Walmart quality, stay away from this site. You will be extremely disappointed. They do not offer refunds as they say it’s on sale. I was in retail do or over 25 years, you are overpaying at least 65 to 75 percent. It’s all made in China, no fabric tags or washing instructions. Complete crap!!!!

When I asked for an address for the return, they blocked my email. These guys are a scammers.

The sweaters are cheap graphic hoodies.
Their return policy doesn’t apply to any purchases.
My advice: DO NOT BUY!

I fell for it. It’s crap. Complete “plastic” shoes, reported as leather and high quality. Immediately asked for refund which they refuse. Impossible to wear. Definitely going to consumer affairs.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is a scam operation, not a real store. I wasted $80 on what can’t even qualify as real footwear. I received what almost looks like a toy version of shoes, made from cheap plastic and styrofoam. I’ve never seen such poor quality “boots”. The size isn’t remotely as ordered, and they don’t look at all like the photos advertised. It’s complete garbage - they are posing as a specialty store in Vancouver but they’re actually importing internationally through what is clearly a corrupt supplier, and just stealing peoples’ money.

Well, I’ve paid the price for not doing ‘due diligence’. Damn! Such cheap crap. What looked like a colourful sweater online is more or less plastic tagless ‘hoodie’ in person. Just weird.
And I paid $60 for it. Sheesh!🙄

Jean jacket is embarrassingly light and cheaply made- was going to be a Christmas gift for my guy. May still give it as a joke!

I fell for all of the “thank you for your business these last decades…” Thought I was getting in on a Vancouver gem. Poop.

Complete scam, ordered a Sherpa jacket in 3X, IT WAS CHILD SIZE!!! The Sherpa lining is the cheapest, thinest fabric you’ve ever seen. I’m sure if you try to return it, they just take your product and keep your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I realized it was a scam the day after i ordered, they would not cancel the order saying it’s on it’s way, but 2 weeks later you get a tracking number saying it’s been submitted to be shipped. SCAM SCAM SCAM
They have FACEBOOK ads that say they are shutting down their store in Vancouver…THERE IS NO STORE! Try to find an address for this fake store, not possible. Never was a store in Vancouver, all fabricated lies.
Everything is shipped from China and takes 4 weeks. It is the cheapest, undersized, crappiest clothing you’ve ever seen.

BIG SCAM, they say they will take back an item but then never respond to your emails and the quality is horrible.
do yourself a favor and run from this company unless you like to be disappointed

Run from this company, they are a scam site. I actually got an item that I did not order, even though I paid for multiple items. Now they pressure me to pay more for shipping. I already paid, do not, do not order anything from this site!

Item was nothing like pictured and was way smaller…no refunds offered, only exchange… and that would cost $30 for shipping… the “Nordic sweaters” were cheap hooded sweatshirts…. Scammers

Bought an outfit of them and quality very poor. Sent back at my own expense and got same returned to me yesterday! Not only was I out expense of suit but also postage! Avoid big time. Scammers! (I read reviews after this 🫣)

The products are not what is listed on the website. They are cheap and crappy and not made of wool at all. They are a scam. Don’t be scammed. They are not a local store they are in china and have some compelling. Marketing to rip you off

This is not a legitimate retailer … I received an order that was poor quality and incorrect size …there is no customer’s service channel and no way to return goods . The website looks legitimate , however they are not in vancouver … don’t be tricked !

The product did not match the picture. There were no manufacturer's labels on it. It looked like a sweater made out of plastic!!! Very disappointing.....stay clear!!!

Veloura Vancouver sends their products from China. What you get is not what is shown on their website. They offer a 30 day return but when you go to ask for the return for a full refund they will not do it. They say you purchased it on sale so there are no returns but we’ll offer you a 15% refund and you keep the items. Why would I keep items I’m not happy with. This company is a scam do not buy from them.

Terrible quality... Throw everything away not even good enough for the thrift store
