Excellent from everything in your control, Fantastic quality hoodie, quickly shipped to north america then sadly final delivery from UPS in my Canadian city is terrible, UPS notified on a Thursday of delay, altered delivery to the next day, on Friday 6 more updates and drove package all over my city and just before 21:00 cancelled delivery till the following Monday.

This is my second purchase from Velour Garments and I adore their 600 GSM sweaters. They are the perfect weight and feel substantial. Great colours. This is not a “buttery soft” sweater but it holds up to getting work done when needed and feels good on.

The garments are clearly made in high quality processes and materials, the sizes are correct ( I'm 173cm tall and have a very wide back and the S size fits me perfect). To take into account, I would recommend you to improve the quality control, even though the fits are nice, the quality of the materials too, there are sometimes that the garments come with a loose thread or many, this is something to be more revised for a 45 euro shirt. The delivery service should be changed, they say nothing about when will it be delivered until the day it comes, if you are not home the just leave it in some neighbours house or take it away with them without saying anything. Apart from this, incredible brand, the quality as said is notorious and the enviromental awareness and friendly production is also very nice.

Product smelled bad
I ordert a piece. The delivery was fast, but I had to pay 5 € for it. After unboxing the product it smelled very much like bleach, so I requested a refund.
To refund the Product i had to pay another 10€ porto from Germany.
All in all I payed 15 € for nothing.
Not buying again from this brand.
