I ordered a pre-paid Dinner on the Eiffel Tower in Paris for 8 people and received the voucher with instructions as to where to check in, etc. We had a fabulous dinner and no problems with the reservations, or anything.

Online booking was easy. We had a great time creating tiny plastic ice cream sundae models with expert help in Tokyo.

They made it easy for me to book things in japan. Language on some sites can be a barrier and veltra is a big help there and also in suggesting things to do. Loved their help!

Great site with good offers, I opted for a 2 for 1 promotion and got my money back into my account within a few days of writing and publishing my review. The customer service on Facebook was also helpful but it could take a while to get a response due to the time difference.

all the hop on hop off tours i was on were good but in the morning it never started unit 10:00 so i always used public transportation to get to a tour early and it ended too early and some places i wanted to visit opened late so what i am saying Umber is good too because you never have to waste 30 if you just missed the buss by a minute. Some stops where you got off to visit you can spend 2 hours or more paid $30 to $40 to use the service and it ran in many cases only 9 hours but gave discounts. What I am getting at it is up to you what you want to do.

Our transfer from the ANA Intercontinental to the Yokohama cruise terminal went without a hitch. The chauffeur was very smart including white gloves and arrived early. The car was comfortable and very clean.
We have no hesitation in recommending the company to all.

The guide was funny and entertaining and knowledgeable and offered to take photos for us

I really enjoyed my event booked through Veltra. It was easy to do.

They did not communicate at all after issuing vouchers. Their tour company did not communicate with you nor they honor their vouchers info. They were supposed to pick up at 8.40am but they left before that.
They say small group but it is a bus of 50+ people. So do not trust this company.
I booked small group tour and we were placed in large bus where there was only one guide who was getting back and forth from English to Spanish.
And no response from tour operator
