this company is a bad idea. worst tour i have had in my life and they don't even know who ran the tour. they sell packages without any type of quality control nor knowing who ran the tour. submitted review after the tour on their site, they don't publish them anyways.

Hot smoky trash. None of my sumbitted requests were accepted. Have had better luck screaming at a wall.

A simple question: How is this company *still* in business? From misleading (I'm being kind) offers, to booking debacles, to horrible misadventures, to terrible customer service which makes refunds impossible.
A simple answer: Avoid this mess at an all costs. If not, you might avoid the stress and frustration by simply burning a few thousand dollars in your back yard.

Excellent service. Was able to buy tickets that I could not have bought otherwise due to the language barrier. When I got to the show my tickets were ready and waiting. Had no issues with payment etc and received plenty of info in the email and reminder email. Many thanks

Don't !!! I booked an event through this unreliable company to go on a river cruise in Kauai. I gave them several days advance notice I was sick. NO REFUND!

Booked an activity on Maui . Checked availability on their site . Gave all my personal info such as credit card number, address and contact info. Didn’t seem to be any problem with availability on the boat on selected dates . After the trip was booked and confirmed, I received an email saying it was declined due to availability. Although my card was never billed, it was a disappointing experience. My question to them is don’t you even know if the boat was full to start with ? Why take all my info and then decline ? Seems a little wishy washy and sneaky.

I have used Veltra twice for snorkeling trips in Okinawa. Everything was absolutely flawless! The companies I was directed to were wonderful and the tours were worth the price. We had absolutely no problems at all and were very satisfied with the experiences. I would use Veltra as my go to from now on!

Booking a Hawaiian vacation on the Big Island I had no idea that Kona & Hilo are on the opposite sides of the island and several hours apart by car.
I signed up for several tours that would have required 2 hour trips and the Veltra staff made sure I knew that so that I could change my plans.
They could have just taken my money and let me learn the hard way but several people went above and beyond to save my vacation!

Bad experience, they cancel the activity and then release it so I need to pay for it but i had already an another one order so I paid twice...

12Th Sept 2019 I booked online whilst in Tokyo for a day trip to Mount Fuji. It seemed I had duplicated my booking using the same names. When I contacted them to inform me they refused to return one of the payments. (150Euros) Even though it clearly showed a duplication of names. Be careful with these travel
Consultants use one that is recommended by friends or your travel agents.

We arranged and paid $120 online for transportation and lei greeting upon arrival in Honolulu only to be met by a non-chalant female with a 8x11" handwritten sign bearing our name asking us what hotel we were staying at and how was we going to get there! Needless to say we were duped out of our money. Never ever would've paid that much for 4 leis and had to secure transportation to our hotel thereby paying another $50. Never will we use this site again!

We had booked two trip through Veltra as per details: River safari with round trip shuttle & S.E.A. Aquarium.
(i) River safari with round trip shuttle: We had an unforgettable experience to see the world’s most iconic rivers, the park features over 5,000 animals representing 200 species such as manatees, beavers, electric eel, giant puffer fish, jaguar, stingrays, exciting alligators, beavers, huge species of fish and much more in their separate habitats. We like the resident giant pandas Kai Kai and Tia Tia. However, most attraction was The Amazon River Quest Boat Ride. The River Safari takes us on the rivers the Mississippi, the Ganges, the Nile, Congo, Yangtze, Murray and Mekong rivers to see the animals that inhabit their river banks. We also like the largest freshwater aquarium in the world, the mesmerizing Amazon. We also enjoyed the Squirrel Monkey Forest and see these social, adorable creatures roam about their habitat. One of the highlights of your day at River Safari will undoubtedly be the Amazon Flooded Forest, an immersive re-creation of the Amazonian rainforest submerged under 15 meters of water - something that happens annually during the rainy season. Witness the incredible underwater habitat of giant river otters and arapaima.
They also picked up us from our hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle.
(ii) S.E.A. Aquarium: The S.E.A. Aquarium (South East Asia Aquarium) is the world's 2nd largest aquarium by total water volume. It contains a total of 45,000,000 litres of water for more than 100,000 marine animals of over 800 species. The aquarium comprises 10 zones with 49 habitats. The centrepiece of the aquarium is the Open Ocean tank with more than 50,000 animals. It is one of the world's large viewing panels, 36-metre (118 ft) wide and 8.3-metre (27 ft) tall, which is intended to give visitors the feeling of being on the ocean floor. The aquarium houses the world's largest collection of manta rays, including one of only a few giant oceanic manta rays in captivity. It also showcases 24 Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins, scalloped hammerhead sharks, the Japanese spider crab, and relatively uncommonly-exhibited species such as the guitarfish and the chambered nautilus. Enter and explore the marine realm of S.E.A. Aquarium, home to more than 100,000 marine animals of over 1,000 species, across 50 different habitats, each one as fascinating as the next.
The SEA Aquarium Singapore was very entertaining for us. Display boards were available at the fish tanks. We very much enjoyed the tunnels while bull sharks and giant manta rays swim alongside us and over our head. The cute seahorses were playing in coral gardens and a selection of bizarre deep-ocean jellyfish. The shark zone contains over 200 different types of shark.
