⚠️ Buyer Warning – My Experience

I want to share my recent experience with Vendita Milano so others can shop carefully.

I ordered a bag after seeing their online photos and product presentation, but unfortunately the item I received looked very different from the advertised pictures. The material, finishing, and overall quality did not match what was shown, and it felt poorly made and disappointing for the price paid.

When I contacted customer service by email to request a return and refund, my request was refused. As a UK customer, we have consumer rights regarding items that are not as described, so this was extremely frustrating.

I personally feel the product images and marketing created expectations that the actual item did not meet, and my experience with after-sales support has been very disappointing. Because of this, I think customers should be cautious before purchasing.

If you are considering buying, I strongly suggest:
• Asking for real, unedited photos
• Checking return/refund policies carefully
• Paying with a method that offers buyer protection

I’m sharing this based on my own experience to help others make informed decisions.

I received a black , burgundy flap and sunset. Buy 2 get one more free. The sunset bag is excellent . The quilted flap bags are very good . Only issue is a G rather than a C but the rest is spot on. Very good quality. Delivery was approx 3 weeks.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service is extremely poor, communication is unclear, and delivery took far longer than promised. When my order was not received, I was met with resistance instead of support.
They do not offer refunds and instead try to avoid responsibility, which felt misleading and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I regret purchasing from this site and will not be returning.

Scam. Bag is nothing like advertised. Very poor quality fake. So disappointed. I paid £70. Not worth it.

Not happy with the quality of goods and the sizing. I wanted to replace my original bag that was purchased. Purchased two and both are of a poor quality, not the same size as the one I wanted to replace. Tried to get a refund but was told not possible. Also took forever to arrive, shockingly bad

Please be aware and do not use this company. Read all the reviews and understand that these bags are extremely poor quality counterfeits. If you have bought on your credit card, immediately request chargeback and explain the situation. You should be entitled to a full refund.

The ‘company’ will say as these are sale items you are not entitled to refund. Please do claim your money back and put these fraudsters out of business.

As this business is making money out of unscrupulous TikTok influencers please also fill their feed with details to warn others.

I felt like I was scam. I will never even give the stuff l bought to my enemy. The stuff are rubbish and you can not even returned them 😂😂😂😂😂😂

This is fake site they sale products website pictures is different and whn u got the item is totally different I had such a bad experience highly recommend don’t buy not trustable site even site says if u are not happy you can return but they don’t communicate bad customer support

Consumers should be aware that this company misrepresents products, uses trademarks to imply authenticity, and does not honour basic refund rights under the consumer rights act!

Avoid at all costs!

I wish I had checked reviews before buying from this company. The bag I received was nothing like the picture on their website (definitely not worth the money) I have contacted customer services (not confident that I’ll get a response) I would avoid at all costs.

Ordered what i thought was a leather coach bag. No not at all. The smell of the bag is horrible nothing at all like it was described or I wouldn't have purchased. What can I do with it now. Oh yes bin it. Bloody scamming people

Very poor quality bag a big grey stripe down the front of my brown coach bag the brass coloured clasp all scratched looks used. I ordered and paid for a tabby 26 they sent me the very small one. Not what I ordered at all no reply to my emails DO NOT buy from this company

These are NOT genuine items, and they WILL NOT refund or exchange, very misleading returns policy.
DREADFUL please avoid.

I have no complaints. Bought a Longchsmp and a Coach Tabby. I assume they aren’t real at the price but both bags are gorgeous so I do t care. I prefer this bag to my verified coach bag. Great service. Took 3 weeks but coming from overseas so I wasn’t expecting them quickly. I am happy
