Absolutely horrendous service
Absolutely horrendous service. I ordered a bag and the organiser for my daughter’s birthday, I waited nearly 3 and a half weeks for this bag to arrive! I got a notification to say it had been delivered. The image wasn’t of my house. When I spoke to Vendita I was told that an investigation with Evri wouldn’t get resolved and I basically had to pay more for a new item and it wasn’t their problem that I hadn’t received it. Very dismissive and unhelpful. I haven’t heard anything back from them in regards to my issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!!!

Avoid, poor customer service
Ordered a bag in size large. The bag arrived and matched the measurements for a small, not large. Messaged straight away to request exchange. Told I am able to exchange the item only (not eligible for a refund) but to exchange it there will be a 50 % fee of the cost of the item!
So they send the wrong item, a cheaper item than what I ordered and paid for, and to rectify their error they will charge me 50% of the cost of the item, on top of what I’ve already paid.
I just can’t get anywhere with them and I’m stuck with a bag that I didn’t order and doesn’t suit my needs and out of pocket. I’m certainly not paying them any more money.

Beware of these scammers
Felt like we were scammed. Communication went slow and there had been a lot of delays from their part. All the promises and agreements we've shared all went down the drain when they started making a lot if excuses whenever we asked for updates. I wish there won't be more people getting scammed by them, so beware.
