Exceeded my expectations in beauty!

As the title says, the mask I ordered is so beauty and I could hear the bells jingling upon arrival. Speaking of which, my mask was carefully packaged and arrived in a timely manner in Germany. Thank-you so much!

Fast and easy purchase

Fast and easy purchase, but disappointing color.
The mask is beautiful and clearly handmade, and I appreciate the craftsmanship. However, the color of the mask I received does not match the one shown on the website - I ordered a green mask, but the one I received is turquoise.
I understand that, as stated: “Our products are unique handmade pieces, therefore all the images are indicative, as well as the measurements and colors that may be subject to variations.” Still, in my opinion, the color difference is too significant to be considered a natural variation.

We've looked into your order for the "Gatto ADA" mask. This was the final available piece from a limited, 50-item series, which was personally handcrafted by my wife and me.

We would like to clarify its unique, artisanal finish. The mask was created using a "Perlescent Tiffany Green" base, which was then blended with subtle gold halos and given a special aging patina to create its antique effect.

As a complex, handmade item, we strive to capture its finish as accurately as possible in our product photos, which serve as the primary guide on our product page. We understand that the perception of such a complex, pearlescent color can be subjective, and we acknowledge your notes regarding the shade.

The most important thing to us is our customers' satisfaction, and we are genuinely sorry to hear that this mask did not meet your expectations.
