Easily won a lifetime customer 🎭 … The Quality itself, whether you like it for decoration or wearing, is outstanding! The strings for wearing could be a stretchy material instead of a tie but that’s adjustable.

We checked your order for the Cat Crèquelle mask. It's possible that you received the updated version of this mask, which has a slightly different shape due to a design modification we made to improve its durability (specifically, we removed the small side whiskers, which were prone to breaking during transit).
However, it is also possible that a mix-up occurred with the packaging during shipping.
