DO not buy - rip off! They do not return or refund money because clothes are made and sent from China! I am stuck with two pairs of jeans that don't fit. Out $75! WARNING!!!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! This company is completely crooked! They will sell you crappy and defective clothes and go against their own return policy and not pay for shipping back to China so you are stuck with defective items! DO NOT purchase from this unethical, scummy company!! I have filed fraud charges with every internet fraud division possible. This company does not deserve to stay in business! I'm so mad I didn't see how crappy this company was before ordering.

Horrible quality and seems like a scam company, no clear return policy

Horrible company!!! Clothes are made of cheap material and look nothing like the pictures. They say they have a return policy but that’s not true. They require you to take pictures of the clothing to prove something is wrong with them. You can’t capture the fact that you hate what you ordered so not sure how to prove that in a picture. Oh, and the clothing ships straight from China so good luck getting them in a timely manner. NEVER shop here!! I spent $100 that I will never get back!!

I bought $166 worth of clothing and 3 weeks later my order is still processing!! Venidress is a HUGE SCAM!! Boycott Venidress!!

They send you poor-made clothing without tags, that are substantially different that the pictures on their website, and then they refuse to comply with the clear return policy on their website. Save yourself time and money and do not order!

Scam scam scam do not order from them it’s notbstated on there site it’s made and shipped from China . I received a defected product and Caroline from customer service asked “ is there any way i could resell it or give it to someone “ what in the world NO ! I just want a full refund “ well you’ll have to pay for your own shipping cost “ To CHINA !!!! What a joke . Do not buy from this scam

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I have asked many times to have a full refund and done everything that they have asked me to do and they only offered me $5 of my order money back and a 15% off coupon!! NEVER AGAIN will i purchase from them!! BUYER BEWARE

TOTAL SCAM. ONE OF THE 2 DRESSES SENT THE BLUE JEAN DRESS WAS DEFECTIVE. DON'T LOOK AT THE FACEBOOK PAGE!!! TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING!!!YES, THEY HAVE NO PACKING SLIP WITH PRODUCT NOR DOES THE PRODUCT HAVE A TAG WITH CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS. BUYER BEWARE!!!! NOT A COMPANY I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH IN THE FUTURE. FOREVER 21 HAS BETTER PRODUCTS!!!

Products are made in China, but not stated on the site. They’re nothing like the pictures from website. I think they use the picture then a dress maker does a copy of what they think is the same. So false advertising. Also delivery takes weeks (not stated in delivery section). They avoid anything to do with returns. Just avoid this site. It’s crap and they delete any truthful comments. Wish I had actually read reviews elsewhere hahaha lesson learnt.

Poor, poor quality...can see straight thru the dress I purchased. Return policy states will give a refund for faulty/poor material. After contacting, they are offering me 16% off my next order (as if) OR a generous $5 of my $33...OR I can pay return shipping to CHINA that will cost probably as much as my purchase! Very poor customer service! I was taken in by the awesome photography work and thought since the items were more expensive that it would be a quality product...nope! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Bad thing is, I’m normally a very positive person and if I have to eat a mistake that’s not too much, I can deal, but over $30 for product that was worth about $3...no ma’am! I did tell the customer service rep that I would be spreading the word. This is frustrating!

Reinforcing what everyone else has said, definitely do not purchase anything from Venidress. Tried to cancel my order multiple times and all the emails got bounced back. Dress got here fairly quickly but it's horrid and not at all like the photo. Didn't come with a package receipt or any way to return. Horrible website.

Just a ordered a bathing in a size small and I can’t even get it over my knees. It’s like a child’s size. Customer services keeps sending me the same message about what size do I normally wear and to send a picture as well...but no info on how to return. Will never buy from them again!

The $33 dress I ordered was not at all as described and extremely poor quality. Multiple attempts to reach a return agreement with the company resulted in no resolution, so I filed a claim with Paypal. They did not support my claim either. I am left with the decision of finding a way to ship the package to China within 11 days (impossible) at my own cost ($15) or cancel the dispute. Lose/lose. Will investigate filing a claim with my credit card company next. Fraudulent company and no protection from Paypal. Disgusted.

I ordered a large and its skin tight with no stretch. I am a size 8. So irate that I spent over 30 dollars on a dress I will never wear.

I made The mistake of buying from them with out doing my research. I thought They were based out of USA but they are not. Their stuff comes from China, the merchandise is CRAP! I ordered 4 dresses (2 of the same in different sizes) and a romper, the material is see through and cheap.
I tried Contacting them to return the order and they are asking for “pictures” i refuse To take pictures to show them what is wrong w the item! They are a scam & im so mad at myself for not doing my research before ordering.
Needless to say i wasted $130 on items i will Not get to return or wear!

I read the reviews after I purchased and panicked. $50 for two dresses I'd wear is OK by me, but $50 for unwearable items? I can't afford to do that. I emailed the company and asked if I could cancel the order 20 minutes after it was placed, and was not surprised per the reviews when they denied my request. So I figured, live and learn, don't order from them again, and prepare for the worst, BUT when my dresses came (within a week, which was pretty impressive actually) I tried them on and was pleasantly surprised. One is a little on the tight side but both look pretty cute on. I feel relieved that I didn't completely screw up, if I can wear a $25-30 dress a handful of times and it still holds up I call it a win. But like I said, I will not order again and will check reviews on stuff I'm not sure about from now on. I wasn't expecting high end stuff for what I paid in the first place, but the reviews really shook me up. I guess I just got lucky?

Avoid this company! Merchandise was not true to size and the quality is beyond horrible. It look the items 3 weeks to get to me. Spent over $150 for basically crap! Customer serivice is horrible, their statement of easy returns and fast shipment is completely false!!! They wanted to refund me $10 for the items and give me a coupon for my next purchase. Unacceptable!!! If I send the items to China shipping cost is over $100. I’m still arguing with customer service on my return, that’s 3 weeks now. I’m going to report them to the better business bureau for how they conduct their business. And notify Instagram to remove them! Do not shop this website!!!
