I suggest to do 1.5 mm retainers, not 1 mm, cause my lower one broke after less than a year (upper one is doing well!) But the whole process is easy and great, Venneir is good and their customer service is great (thank you Bryan for helping me kindly while ordering another lower retainer!)

100% recommend! The whole experience was super smooth from start to finish. The retainers I purchased were affordable, the perfect fit and they came really quickly once my impressions had been sent out. Additionally, the communication throughout the experience was amazing which was really helpful too!

Very quick and easy process to send off impressions. Fast turnaround to then get the night guard and it fits perfectly. Was a short delay due to DPD and Brian from their customer service was quick to get in contact. Cuts out the middle man at the dentist for a high grade service.

Charlotte was a massive help. Supporting me through my mouldings which can be quite difficult to do for the first time.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Vennier. After receiving retainers that did not fit, I spent over a month emailing with no response. It was only after I initiated a chargeback with my bank, following a month of silence, that the company finally contacted me.

They promised a full refund and instructed me to return the ill-fitting product. I returned the items immediately and I have email confirmation that they were received on 23rd February. Despite this, Vennier has denied receipt of the goods to my bank and still hasn't processed my refund. The lack of transparency and the failure to honour their own refund agreement is completely unacceptable

This has been ongoing since January and it's now March.

The first click in I ordered was amazing. I needed a replacement in late december so I ordered. What arrived needed replacing as it fit properly, felt loose.. Was offered an improved replacement which Cameron agreed to.facilitate along with a 50% refund on my original payment. Very happy with this outcome, awaiting an impressions kit. Excellent service making everything right. Will follow up again once the product has been delivered.

I panicked two nights ago as I woke up to find I had broken my top retainer whilst I was sleeping! I’m currently at university and panicked as to how I would get retainers last minute as I am a fair bit away from home. I couldn’t believe how quickly Venneir managed to send me new retainers at a reasonable price. The process was smooth and stress-free and I didn’t feel out of the loop at any point. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of orthodontic care!

Since I have had my venneirs and composite bonding for a year now I have always used venneirs toothpaste and my dentist always remarks on how shiny and still looking great her work still looks. And I must give a mention to Michael A in the support department he always goes above and beyond with help and to solve any problems I may have and is an asset to the company. So if you have composite bonding or venneirs don't trust a cheaper brand do as I have and choose to be best.

Absolutely disgusting. I'm taking legal action on this awful company. I ordered top AND bottom retainers and only got sent the bottom one. The bottom one didn't even cover all my teeth! I requested a call back and the man on phone was horrible. He said he would not refund me as ive already opened up the retainers. (Impossible to see whats in there without opening them) They sent my order and thats it as far as theyre concerned. I havent even had my order and they are claiming i have and will not refund me! Im well within my right for a refund as i havent got what i paid for. Absolutely disgusted. Stay well away from them please. I have very little money and chose these as was cheaper than dentist and look how I get treated. Really awful people and customer service is below awful. Karma will get them nasty vile people

Karly was professional, helpful and friendly. She repaired a snapped denture for me the same day. She took an impression before the repair and checked for a perfect fit after. Well done, faster service than my dentist could offer and very good price.

I purchased an upper and lower set of clip in veneers from venneir, as promised the home impression kit was sent out promptly and, in a couple of days it arrived... im not going to lie i did struggle with the impression process. I called venneir and chatted with Karly regarding my impressions. I decided in the end to book an appointment at the clinic . Karly was amazing, extremely polite, professional and provided a first class customer sevice experince . Covered every angle, talked me through the service and option available to me. I already have a clip on veneer from another companyand, i cant tell you this there coustomer service and whole process hasnt got a touch on venneir.... i left feeling extremely happy and confident that my new clip veneers will supass my existing veneer... the better the impression the better the fit and finished product. I previously had the A2 (ivory shade) from the other company, i wouldnt personally recommended them they discoloured and ended up looking very yellow... so my choice this time with venneir i went for A1 natural white which Karly advised me on due to my personal appearance and smile details, i thought this was a very nice personal touch . Once again i cant thank Karly enough for her attention to detail, advice and professionalism. Its a 10 out of 10 for me..... if you can attend for an impression appointment i would highly recommend it as ive already said the better the impression the better the fit and end result.

Harper has been very helpful supporting me to do the casts as I am struggling. She has provided me with replacement putty to try to continue with the process. I am looking forward to the results when finally completed.

I had a great experience with Venneir! Their team replied to my emails very quickly and were extremely helpful throughout the process. Micheal aided me with questions I had before placing my order and Beth was super fast and efficient with helping me change to an impression kit after placing my order and getting everything sorted quickly! Overall might be the best customer service I’ve experienced, very excited for my retainers!

I ordered an upper night guard from this company to help with teeth grinding and I’m really impressed. The turnaround was quick, the fit is perfect, and the material feels much softer and more comfortable than the cheaper alternatives I’ve tried before. I’d definitely recommend them.
