Thanks to Venneir I was able to get several sets of retainers, made up from the moulds I was suppled with by my orthodontist. The quality was great, at a fraction of the price I would otherwise have paid. I went for the thicker 1.5mm ones. My initial contact was Karly, and she was really friendly and helpful. I can thoroughly recommend Venneir. Thank you!

Can’t fault it - the impressions is horrible, made me feel sick, dribble like crazy and gag. But the service is crazy fast and the WhatsApp group is quick to reply and advise if you have issues etc.

From first contacting venneir speaking with brian to visiting there clinic where karly took impressions then contact from jade lab manager so easy to deal with product is perfect ive already ordered another set of spare veneers if your struggling with impressions there clinic is the way forward so easy great staff would highly recommend

I recently ordered retainers from Veneer and had a great experience thanks to the team. Harper was extremely helpful during the process of taking the impression . She was very kind, patient, and took the time to clearly explain every step, even though I made a mistake with the trays, which made the whole process feel easy and comfortable.
Jade was also wonderful. She kept me well informed about when my new retainers would be shipped and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. I really appreciated her communication and the updates she provided.
Overall, both Harper and Jade provided excellent customer service. Their kindness, professionalism, and clear communication made the experience smooth and reassuring. Thank you both for your help!

Andrew T and Michael A were fab! I got my retainers within around 2 days but they were quite tight on the gums. Unfortunately every time I put them on and took them off they would hurt and cut my gums. I reached out to the service team and got a response the next day asking me to share a short video on the issue. I sent that off and heard back within 12 hours. They treated my issue with care, professionalism and separately the retainers I ordered were better quality than the ones I was initially given by my orthodontist. I’ve been offered a free scalloped upgrade to fix the gum issues, overall I’m very happy!

Had an issue from my side regarding the clip on veneers but when I got into contact with the company itself 6 months later I was still warmly welcomed and greeted with the same care I did when I first made my purchase Andrew was a key aspect of this excellent service provided by him to tackle any issues I had and to resolve them very happy with the service and attitude of Andrew 👍

Highly recommend ! great value for a great quality product. I received my Essix retainers very fast and they fit perfectly ! I had to get the upper one replaced but the team was very kind and helpful and within a week I received a perfect replacement.

previously purchased clip-on veneers from this company and initially had problems with them. After I left a review on Trustpilot, the company contacted me quickly, resolved the issue, and asked if I would remove the review, which I did.

More recently, I had a dental reconstruction appointment booked for about four weeks’ time, so I contacted the company and asked if they could make another set of top veneers using the impressions they already had on file. I was told they would take around three days to make. As it was a Friday, they said they would begin production on Monday and I should receive them by the end of that week. This timing worked for me as it would give me around three weeks of temporary veneers before my dental work.

However, three weeks passed and I still hadn’t received anything. I emailed the company to cancel the order and request a refund. The very next morning I received an email saying the veneers had been dispatched.

When they eventually arrived, they didn’t fit at all. They even had two extra teeth compared with the previous set I had from them, which makes no sense considering they supposedly used my impressions.

I contacted the company again requesting a refund. After several days of being pushed from pillar to post, I was finally told that if I returned them via DPD they would issue a refund. I sent them back as instructed.

After waiting a couple of weeks with no update and no refund, I contacted the company again and was told they had not received the return. I then contacted DPD, who confirmed the parcel had actually been delivered nearly two weeks earlier and provided me with the tracking number.

When I tried to call the company again to resolve the issue, the phone number was no longer available.

Based on my experience, customer service has been extremely poor and I would advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this company.

I contacted venier who were very understanding of my situation and promptly refunded the full amount i had paid now you can’t get fairer than that

Michael, absolutely the best customer service that I have experienced in my 65 years.
I had only ordered one set, then after reading reviews I wrote several emails to customer service without success to add another set.
Michael went beyond expected customer care and added extra set, arrived last week+ and thought I would test before I gave a review.
Confidence has increased, especially in the professional work of construction management, comfortable to wear (after TLC), value for money.
Only regret is not picking natural white.
I would recommend this product.
